This wasby far the worst nightmare ever. Employees are beyond rude, hanging up on you , out right nasty attitudes and liars. They said they ran my card, bank says they did not they then blame me and take car from me. Meanwhile I spent 2.5 days making calls to get problem straight and all I got was the rudest , ghetto and most unprofessional customer service ever. Im blown away at the out right disdain these people have. They couldnt admit they made a mistake and instead blamed me, hung up on me, refuse to work situation out for both parties. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Theres better elsewhere. Id give them a negative 100 stars.

Yo whoever is handling the phones on the front desk customer service. You have to do a better job and handling the phones and dealing with people in front of you. I shouldn't be listening to you talk to someone in the store and talk to me on the phone at same time to the point where I don't know if you talking to me or the customer in the store. Very confusing and unprofessional. I even tried to point it out to the customer service rep. Instead of apologizing to me the rep stated she is trying to help me and the customer in the store and repeatedly said, "how can I help you". Somebody should be placed on hold so you can handle your customers properly and professional. I was hung up on today by a customer service representative because I didn't know if she was talking to me or the customer in store. My cheek accidentally hit the button after telling her she was being kind of rude I called back to let her know I would just come to the store and she said that I hung up on her and retaliated and hung up on me immediately. There is definitely no need to call back a third time especially if I'm spending my money ?. Poor professionalism will always put a sour taste in my mouth. Respect goes a long way when dealing customer service.

Raphael and the other guy that sometimes is at the front desk are great. They have always treated us very well. However, the new lady with long hair they recently hired is terrible. I asked her two questions today regarding the availability of cars, and the way she answered was beyond disrespectful and rude, she literally yelled at me and my husband for no reason. I have never seen anything like that before. I ignored it an left as quickly as I could, but someone like that in the front desk is definitely going to make you lose customers...

Showed up for my 11am reservation for an Uber driver rental and was told they had no cars and tried to call. I received no phone call. My car is having mechanical issues and I need a rental. It was very disheartening to experience. Why take reservations for rentals if you don't have cars to rent out. They said they would call me later if a rental turned up, and never did. The way rideshare drivers are treated by these rental companies is kind of predatory and abusive. There shouldn't even be an option to make a reservation in the marketplace app, if there is no inventory for us. Uber and Avis need to do a better job talking to each other and keeping documentation on vehicle inventory especially for full time drivers like myself that depend on a vehicle to generate income.

My only complaint is that there were no cars available at the time of my reservation. This was not the fault of staff on site, and was remedied pretty quickly. The people at the office were immensely helpful. I will absolutely use Avis again.

Walked into the Uber Avis pick up at 1:00 just like reservation said and the lady told me they were closed and had no more cars. Absolutely the most rude people. Didn’t even try to help. I was just Stranded. I think I know why I wasn’t helped but I’ll keep that to myself

We needed a car for just a day . The price was not so bad but they had a deposit of 200 dollars, and he did not tell us until he had ran our card. If we knew that before hand w would not gone with them. We have always used Avis for all our car rental needs for the last 20 years, but next time we will be looking elsewhere.

Had an extremely complicated situation with a rental, the absolute patience of the people at this location, and their encouragement to help me get the best possible price was above and beyond. Not sure they should be renting to dogs though.

I called several times to make sure what cards they take to make sure I don't waste anyone's time. Everytime they said they take my card well they don't wasted their time my time and a friend's time driving me there. I went back to enterprise they never fail me.

100% the worst rental experience ever. Called to confirm a car was available, they took my reservation and payment only yo say a car wasn't there when I arrived. Magically they had 1 other car available though and it was $200 more for 1 day. Because I was in a tight rime period I had no other option but to take that car, promptly called customer service to complain, they had me on hold for an hour transfered me 3x only to hang up on me before resolving my issue.

Charged for rental didn't renew said that they hadn't received payment even though it is reflected on the bank statement then charged late fees for a payment they didn't take. Refused to refund money refused to acknowledge they took the money. Will be contacting the local district attorney. Called billing department as directed. They hung up twice. Simply thieves and need to be dealt with legally. I hope all of you beware before ever doing business with these common con artists

Great customer service, cars are in great condition and clean. This location is very convenient and not as congested as the airport and your wait time is remarkably quick.
