It was great to meet the owner Keith and their bookkeeper (who I wished I had gotten her name). They were both very personable and felt like friends after meeting them to pick up our car.They handled the additional part with our insurance company that to needed to be done that was not included in the original estimate. Communication was great and they did an awesome repair job.I highly recommend them for any of your auto body repair.”

“My car had failed VA State Inspection due to leaks in the exhaust system and the shop who inspected it for me recommended Mitch's. I can't tell you how happy I was that they did. They took it in early, around 8:30, looked it over for me and came back with a very reasonable price, and since I was waiting there, got me back out by about 1:00 P.M. for the very reasonable price of $250.00. Took it back to the BP station where it passed re-inspection immediately.”

“I called in early in the morning to see if they had my size tire due to me needed to get it towed to a shop, they answered quickly. I talked to Jimmy over the phone and he helped me get in the schedule was so patient when getting details on my car because I’m not a car girly. All staff was nice I had no problems, I was here for an hour or less getting my flat replaced.”
