I am on a new fitness regimen and really appreciate the distance from this place to my house. Get some steps in before the workout. The staff has been helpful and the equipment is on point. And they got a punching bag, in case anyone is wondering!

I sent in my paperwork to be released from the gym because I moved overseas and there were no gyms around my new location. And I keep getting charged for my gym fees. Everytime I call no one answers even when I leave a message. Terrible service.

I train there 5 to 6 days a week for almost 18 months now. It's the best gym out there IMO.

Very friendly and helpful management, and the areas were clean. Parking was problematic but space was available. I like and enjoyed my experience there

I travel and go to gyms all across America, the personal trainer at this gym was training with someone he was very disrespectful, using the word GD WHILE TRAINING SOMEONE ELSE. A woman in fact, now why would a woman want to hear that address him and said it was very offensive. He then explains to me. I work for the gym I used to be in the military. Anytime fitness. If this is the guy that represents your name. I’m sorry it’s pretty sad.

I have been incredibly impressed with this gym. The facility is clean and well equipped. I’ve never been a big gym-goer, and I feel very comfortable at this gym. It’s never crazy busy and the staff is wonderful and helpful. I’ve had an especially positive experience with Mary, the membership experience manager. She made the registration process very easy, is very kind and welcoming every time I come, and has provided me with some quick and easy tips to improve my form. 10/10 recommend this gym and specifically the Ghent location!

Be sure to cancel 30 days before renewal. I was told over the phone months after a signing year contract that I wanted to cancel . They replied it would end automatically .I wasn’t aware they auto enrolled month to month. After a year of paying for it on time a not even using the gym. I called to cancel they gave me the run around. Now they threaten to send it to collections an bother my credit when I cancelled an gave the key back before the second monthly bill was due. Dec was the last month in the contract. I was sent a bill at the end of January stating this owed for the month. I called the gym and I was told that all I had to do was sign a paper and return the key an id owe nothing. Now it’s March and I have received another bill. I haven’t use this gym in over a year.BEWARE when it’s time to cancel I’d hate for someone else to have a hard time too.

The Ghent location was a awesome place to go. Excellent staff, clean and up to date equipment. If your looking for a go to gym this is it. I only left after assembling a home gym. 10/10 would recommend ?

They are wonderful and helpful and understand about everything up there and they try to get you the best deal and the lady or guy who signs you up takes there time until you feel comfortable and they will not walk away and push you into anything you do not waned just to get you out of there They are very patient people there.

Been a member at Anytime for almost 2 years. I like the gym, the equiptment, the cleanliness and the amount of locations they have. I recently had questions about my billing, Amy who works at the Ghent location was extremely helpful and resolved my qustions.

Great little gym but there is a lost and found trash bin of fooouuulllll gym clothes sitting by the front door/lockers for months now. I'm not sure what a better solution would be. Just throw the stuff out? Have a staff member run it to the laundromat down the street? It stinks up the entire gym.

I don't like this location, it look run down, like everything is dusty or something. The PA location is better. This one is too small. And they don't have many cardio machines available. This one is a lot more busy, but they don't have the equipment to keep up.

I enjoy the ability to get in a workout anytime of the day. Owner Evan Strump is always happy to provide guidance on the use of the wide variety of equipment. The gym is clean. Members are friendly.
