I’m not sure I’ve ever had a worst experience with a company. Consistent mistakes with billing and “technical” reporting errors resulting in unnecessary refills and additional expenses. After the scandal Amerigas faced with only partially filling propane tanks I would have imagined their customer service would now be spotless. Unfortunately it’s the exact opposite and their business dealings are still suspect to say the least.With the customer service department now being outsourced it’s an absolutely horrendous experience. Billing is still incorrect and I have not been able to reach a manager to fix the error. Ive spent no less than 10 hrs over the course of a month trying to resolve the issue with no support from upper management. In fact there is no management locally to speak of. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If I don’t hear from upper management this week I’ll be contacting the better business bureau and plan to file a suit to have these mistakes rectified.

Except for one year AmeriGas' auto no call refuel program has been a nice addition to their program.

Your customer service is terrible. It is impossible to speak with a representative that is from this country. The representatives have no idea what is actually going on and apparently have no authority to correct billing issues. Errors on Amerigas’s part have cost ME money and time trying to resolve the issue. Then the company has the nerve to charge late fees during the 3 month period that it has taken to dispute the charge that was their fault. Horrible!!!

The delivery of my order for propane was as promised (timely and professional).However in the past a person from AmeriGas cleaned the gas logs and light the pilot light. I still haven't used the gas logs because I can't find an expert to light the pilot light. I respect the danger of lighting the gas logs.

The gas was not delivered on the scheduled delivery date. It was several days late and the customer service was horrible. Suburban Propane is the way to go
