I have been coming to this 711 for many years the Philippine family was Amazing! They always asked about my other family members who frequently go to this 711. Was always clean ,and i was always in and out even if it was busy with the lottery. Now i come in when its slow and it takes forever cause nobody is at the register or i have to wait for whoever to get off their phone. Its like they don't even know costumers are in the store. My family said they are done with this place ,but i understand having a new staff can be troublesome. I sure hope this store gets it together!

Just moved to the area and I have been going to this particular 7/11 for the past 2 weeks. Best customer service and cleanliness ive seen in a while. There was a manager (Travis) that was there cleaning the parking lot and organizing merchandise. I have never seen anyone in convenience stores go through items and make sure the dates are correct to be honest. And believe it or not, I have gotten some old stuff from other 7/11 properties. Great performance to all staff that has been there for the past couple weeks! Keep up the great work and positive attitude!

I am a longstanding customer of this neighborhood 7"11. The employee's are why I am a regular. My first visit back to the store after returning from holiday and corporate taking control. I knew something had changed right away. Tiffany (manager) was rude and barking at a customers. She was so loud you could hear her from the coolers. Showing such poor representation of "corporate" and customer service. Not impressed at all. I am giving 2 stars to represent the old friendly staff employee that was there trying to buffer the negative vibe in the store. Not impressed with the new manager. WaWa is "corporate" and is one block away who always has friendly positive employee's.

Worst convenience store in the world I walked in and saw 2 water bugs crawling around the counter ,food and snacks are out of date , customers service is horrible , Chinese or Asian male sits behind coffee machine for 8 hours straight and denied to ring up my stuff because I took to long to bring it up, please do not come here.???

Very poor management things are either mispriced or outrageously priced. Definitely the most expensive 7-Eleven you have ever been to.$3.49 for a 20 oz mountain dew everywhere else two for $4
