I don’t recommend having your Amazon packages sent to this location of lockers! The store closes at random times, and our Amazon packages can’t get delivered to this location because the lockers are inside the store! So, if you want your package on time, don’t have it sent to this 7-Eleven set of lockers!!

Has everything as expected but few quality and inventory issues. Last visit the freezer was down and everything was hot.

Not to bad but, you know every 7-11 is different. This one is kept up pretty well for being next to ODU. You think there would be all kinds of trash and things for all the foot traffic but nope.

The store seemed crowded with smaller aisles and not a lot of room. The coffee selection was limited and while nothing was too dirty, it wasn’t too clean. The music was loud, but I appreciate that it was the radio versions with many of the foul words removed. This is certainly a college stop and not good selection for a convenience store for others.

11/16/21 at about 23:45 the lady at the front counter tried to withhold a drivers license from me. Mind you that’s actually theft, if you don’t want to give me service cause you can’t tell if it’s real that’s fine. But withholding property and telling me the police would have to come get it back is illegal. Your not an officer your job is to sell goods. Get a hold of yourselves and learn how to properly train your employees...they seem to be on a power trip. There is no excuse for how I was treated in this store last night. I would think twice before bringing any hard earned money to this establishment.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a 7-11 location. They stole my money and refused to give me a refund, “cause the manager ain’t in right now and we can’t help you”. I asked clearly for a specific tobacco product, cashier rang me out then put the wrong product up on the counter, told her she gave me the completely wrong product and asked to please ring me out for what I asked for, and then proceeded to get an attitude and be rude to me, for her mistake! Left the store with $17 charged, no product, and no attempt to fix their mistake. Wow. Will be contacting corporate and my bank for fraud.Oh and the cashier had her mask pulled down around her neck, whole face out, chowing down on Chinese food. Nasty.

Wow, customer service in this 7-eleven is in the garbage.The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers.Horrible experience in this location . Just say NO
