I went to 7/11 today, and let me tell you, the staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful! The person at the counter was acting like they didn’t want to do anything—didn’t want to take my order, didn’t want to help with questions, nothing at all. It felt like I was a complete inconvenience just for being there! I was really taken aback by the attitude. I never want to come back to that store after such a terrible experience.
And to make matters worse, the manager was just as rude! You would think that a manager would set a better example, but clearly, that wasn’t the case. It’s so disappointing when you go to a place expecting good service and you get treated like that instead. I don’t have time for that kind of negativity in my day. I’m definitely going to find another store to shop at because I deserve to be treated with respect when I’m spending my money!

the registers are rigged not to give cash back I brought two items at the register to get cash back each transaction with thru for the purchase but no cash back the associate suggested I buy a third item I declined and then I went to Wawa and got cash at the ATM with no issue

These people are stealing peoples lottery or messing up the lottery on purpose and when I go and confront the manager and employees about the error in my numbers and then all of a sudden they are playing dumb and don’t want to fix it and now I’m out $100 and highly upset…

I just walked into the store to make a purchase and the two employees were basically not doing anything when I walked in, Tina says I'll take you here and gestures to the register as I walk up she walks away to go and start training the other employee, I stood there waiting even though I'm running late and then after about 5 minutes I said "hey can I get what I came for and you guys can do that after I leave". Tina's response " well not if you're going to be rude", I said I'm not being rude I'm just saying I feel like you guys can do that after I leave. Tina proceeds to tell me that I'm being rude and she can refuse service to whoever she wants and I can leave or she's calling the cops. Meanwhile the new employee is trying to say let me just go ahead and give him what he wants, she specifically told him no and refused service and started calling the cops. You best believe I filed a complaint with the corporate office and I will be following up. There's no acceptable excuse for treating a customer that way.

Everything is great employees are nice and friendly and helpful. My only concern is that the number is not working when you call. Store is clean. One more thing supposed to be a bathroom for customer service ? but they say out of service not good for 5 stars

It's like a ghetto pit stop they want money just for washing the doors. Not even 711 employees. Then they ask for cash by you bro you didn't pay. Hide your watches wife ring and any other jewelry. Have to bring my dog to go here. Go to wawa down the street unless you want illegal enterprise. Avoid at all costs trust me be here 3 years.

The food doesn’t follow the shelf regulations at all. Sometimes I come in here to buy potato’s or chicken past midnight and the sticker will say it was made at noon. That’s 12 hours it had been on that shelf and nobody bother to remove it at all. Potato wedges are only suppose to be on shelf for a hour while chicken wings have 4 hours.

I took my previous review down since it's been brought to my attention that this is a customer forum. As such, I'll keep this from the customer point of view. The taquitos have mold in them, the baked items that aren't prepackaged are old, dry, and stale because they're left out forever, and their managerial staff is insurmountably rude. Also, the Asian manager lady likes banning people she doesn't like a lot.
