This has to be the worst 7-11 in the area. People literally hang out in front like it’s home. Drinks, beggars, all types of activities going on. Who does site checks for the stores???? It needs to be cleaned ASAP. Junk, crates, trash outside. A mess. Smh.

I live within walking distance and will go out of my way to go to a different 7-11. This one is horrible. Idk how they're still in business. A lady od'd behind the dumpsters not long ago, you can't walk in the store without 2 people hitting you up for money and the customer service SUCKS. The cashier's only care about blasting their rap music and socializing on their phone or with their friends in the store. And PLEASE CHECK EXPIRATION DATES!! I learned that the hard way after buying something that turned out to be YEARS expired. These people don't care. You can't even rely on them being open at 9am. They apparently work whenever they want. Just shut it down already. The people of Norfolk deserve better.

Y’all literally have a lady in there who works there, yelling at the top of her lungs. Not at anybody, but just conversational. The ghettoest mess ever. Step your game up. This looks terrible. Hire people with some sense. I wish I could give this location zero stars. Hot mess. Never coming here again and I suggest no one else does if you value peace.

This is a dangerous 7 eleven. People are always hanging out late night, drinking,smoking and even ready to rob or shoot you. They need to get new employees specifically certain people that work their always bringing bad people and energy around you and non bystanders. I will never return here. The place is a dump just like the people over there (except a few in particular) this 7 eleven is also a trap spot at night from around 12am-5am

This 7-Eleven is certainly an older location as it is showing its age. It’s smaller than many locations and the coffee is still offered from pots . The selection was limited and the coffee area along with the rest of the store was pretty dirty and cluttered. The cashier, however, was friendly.
