I hate to give reviews like this…however this store needs to be cleaned under the soda machine and under the the coffee machines is disgusting this store would be a lot better if it just got the proper cleaning your cleanliness of your store matters especially when serving food.

Horrible out fit . standing outside the store with about 8 other customers because the clerk had to put everyone out of the store because he had to use the restroom. Have never seen anything like this. worst 7 - 11 in virginia. why the substandard service? The neighborhood deserves better..

Really no stars. My experience of this place was very unpleasant today ,the store manager Michael or whatever his name is, he was very rude and nasty ,,but ! This always every time I come in this store, very very very nasty that's all I can say.Sad that I stay right across the street from this store,but I rather take my money elsewhere, n he's representing this company or franchise. SMH,?????

There was a nice woman that rung up my items and gave the total amount, very nice young lady with a red looney Tunes sweater on, she bagged up one of my items, but then walked away and started slicing and boxing up pizza, she was handling two things at one time, i was basically standing there in the middle of the transaction, she shortly returned to the register and looked at the receipt and asked her female coworker did she give me the $10 cash back, i informed to her yes she did, i know that is something that can be fixed in the future, you should never half complete a transaction when it’s a line of people ready to purchase, overall it’s a good store

My husband and I have just left this 7/11. And the women tried to charge us $2 for a half full cup of hot water!!! We’ve been to this location hundreds of times and we’ve never been charged for it! We didn’t take any drink, just half of hot water to warm up my baby’s milk bottle!!! And terrible customer service as well!

I just left this 7-11. The customer service was bad (just like all the other times I go here). Although, today was particularly different. The men in the store mentioned they weren't trained (yet they were ringing me up for the things I was going to buy). After not recieving the deal that was outside on a poster and the total balance of my order being $2 more than it should have been, I decided to leave the stuff behind. I was supposed to get a big gulp and a hot dog for $3.The store is not clean at all also.I know to go to WaWa next time.
