The reason I haven't been to this 7-Eleven since July of 2023 is because I cannot believe how horrible the service in this place is not to mention how disgustingly gross the parking lot then gas pumps are! The people running the 7-Eleven and also serving as a cashier and person that cooks food couldn't even answer any of my questions or accurately wait on me because they don't know the American language enough. They don't understand what I'm saying and I can't understand what they're saying. When I ask the female cashier which is an elderly lady and I believe her husband was the guy cooking pizzas, when I asked her something she just tells me we know how, we know have! And the answer doesn't make sense to what I just asked. It's very frustrating and a waste of my time. I had my own refillable insulated Cup in my hand which had water in it because it was too hot outside to leave it in the car, and she wanted to charge me for the water I had already brought into the store in My Cup! I figured this out by her actions not that I understood what she was yammering on about. I remember when 7-Eleven stores used to be actually a convenience to stop at but this here is just frustrating and a huge waste of time and money. Not to mention they need to learn something about being friendly to customers. I will never go there unless I absolutely have to like I did that day with my car broke down. And on a side note, they will probably not do anything done about this but, the Shady looking people hanging outside of the store in the parking lot need to have another place to hang out at. It gives the place a unsafe feeling and it probably is due to the fact that it probably isn't! I would never bring my family to this area on vacation. Very ghetto like.

As a longtime 7-11 frequent flyer, this was the most disappointing experience out of the 1000 or so visits to 7-11’s all over the East coast. I am not one to complain, but this rude nasty unpleasant and unprofessional person at the counter yesterday afternoon was everything that you read about in the comments from lots of reviews. Please provide her with training on how to treat people coming into your store wanting to spend money.

I'm here every summer, actually here right now and I'm sorry but if the franchise owns this place you need a new district manager and manager!. There are never any sandwiches.. Never!!! Not everyone eats warm meals in Hot weather! Someone doesnt understand how to order stock. Also my husband who is color blind ask the Asian woman where was the mayonnaise and she said here here you can't see? Ofcourse I went right behind him after he told me but she had just gotten off. This place really is the worse unless it's for ciggs, beer or so. Doesn't make since I have to drive further down street everytime I am here for something simple!

I love the hot dogs. The young lady that was working told me about a couple places that should still be open to get food to go. We arrived for our vacation around 1am and they did not have any hot food items available. This is typically when they might be closed to clean and sanitized store so this may be why. It could also be based on customer history of coming in for that type of option that early in the morning. They were still open for purchases when we got there but just not selection of snacks/late night arrival fatigue.

Extremely rude cashier when I had to go in and ask for a receipt from the pump because the receipt paper was out. Also asked to use the restroom and was told no. Definitely a terrible experience all around. Won't be back!

The coffee is always old except first thing in the morning. They leave it all day and it taste terrible . When they have sales the people at the register do not apply the sales even tho they many signs clearly state a sale . When you enter your rewards the lady will click her side of the screen to prevent you from using any available points . The coffee and points use has been a on going issue that makes me absolutely dread going into this store .Today the sale not being applied was the icing on the cake . I actually went and took down the seven signs that displayed the sale . They people rolled their eyes at me and tried to explain . I just said I do not need anything explained and left .
