This location is phenomenal during the day. The Store manager does a great job and even remembers my usual food orders. The middle eastern accent guy at night though is horrible! Refuses to make any kind of food at night, can't understand English very well, and is rude to customers. I avoid this store during 3rd shift

That new dude needs to go!! He doesn’t understand how anything works in the store, he kicks people out if he can’t understand then, and he lies and says simple transactions are “impossible” such as lotto or loading money onto prepaid cards. He’s pushing business away. He harassed me the other day and called me some name I could understand but he kept saying “you are ____ that’s your name!” And laughing. Truly rude.

I feel really bad for what my friend to this 711 my friend let's nickname her Paris completely blew up there bathroom and since there wasn't toilet paper held her cheeks open sneaking around in there back room grabbing napkins then left this establishment without washing her hands I'm sorry 7 11. My friend code name Paris also had to throw out her over priced 40 dollar panties I feel she should be refunded in full

The lady that worked at 1:30 AM on May 30th needs to be terminated immediately!!! She has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen and I'm a bartender that has been working in the restaurant industry for 7 years now since I was 16 years old. She is extremely rude and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable every time I come in and she is working. It sucks that this is my local 7-Eleven and is in walking distance but the drive to another one of the many near me is worth it in my opinion. I will no longer support this location sadly until this women is gone.

I haven't gone here in months because i got tired of how rude they are. Went back and nothing has changed.Edit: I'm not going to do a "survey" that forces me to leave my phone and/or email. I'll just tell you right here the issue i have.The fact that the cashiers act like customers are a bother is one problem, the fact the store is dirty inside is another, and getting charged twice and short changed in the past is another. Just not going to get my money anymore is it. That is all.
