I've never had a good experience at any 711, aside from maybe a time or 2 over the years. But never consistently. The workers are always rude and when I was homeless wouldn't even allow me to come into the store to purchase anything on multiple occasions. This store is the first location I've had nothing but pleasant experiences at. All of the workers I've met are so kind and funny and I don't dread going into this 711. I ride my bike way out of the way knowing there's one closer the opposite direction and i pass another 711 becsuse its worth it to me, knowing the likelihood that I will feel stupid and probably not treated well at the others. This staff is great.

The worker name Zanaya or something like that, name streets with an Z! Is nasty acting! The first time she had an attitude with me I told the manager! She has acted decent until this morning! I asked her about the pizza listed for $7! Last time I was there it rang up over $9 even though I entered rewards number! She said that’s only on Saturday! Which the sign does not say certain days! Usually the sign says on what days and up til what date! So she was just telling me anything! She has worked there for a while now! So she knew she was lying! She was friendly and fine with the customer in front of me! So I know she was just being nasty towards me! For it to be her second time doing so! I asked her if manager was there! She really caught an attitude then! She said yes, went in the back and came back saying it would take a while, manager was doing payroll! She had already put one item in the bag and had the other one beside her open to put the pizza in! She was so nasty she did not put the pizza in the bag and slid the bag to me! I’m not letting it slide this time! I go there often! So much so I laugh and talk with the manager and most of the workers! I shouldn’t have to go in there and have a worker keep taking what ever issues she has out on me! Ruining my mood!

Always great customer service and I go here a lot and they have the best fountain vitamin water then a lot of other 7-11's.

Stores supposed to be open 24 hours it the lady at the front was very rude and condescending need better workers and better attitude

This used to be my favorite 7-11 but in the last month it has gone way downhill, old staff has been replaced by terrible new employees, food is old or cold, trash overflowing, poor service at the counter.

The store had a bad odor like rotten food, also there were several boxes of merchandise out on the floor and no one stocking anything.

The manager was willing to do absolutely nothing when someone stole our 20$ worth of gas that the Cashier accidentally put at a different pump. Instead of the manager dealing with the problem she was on the phone while my husband was trying to get some answers. After I go in there, she was more concerned with making someone's pizza rather then handling the situation. I will never go to another 711 anywhere especially this one.

It's a 7-11, stick to taquitos and hot dogs, the rest of the hot food isn't very good. You've got booze, beverages, frost-bitten ice cream, cigarettes/tobacco products, slurpees, snacks, and more.

they have the worst service off all the 7 11 around here they should be closed down
