Been coming here for years. Tonite about 10:20pm i was greeted by one of the MOST RUDEST employees ever at this location. I just got off work and wanted a cold beer. The cooler was locked, i went to the register and politely asked the lady for a specific beer i seen at the bottom of the cooler. She then turned and asked her co-worker was that specific beer in the cooler? I interjected and said yes ma'am its there, I saw the beer in the bottom of the cooler. This lady proceeded to tell me in a VERY RUDE TONE that she was not talking to me, she was talking to her co-worker. This RUDE lady's name is "Devin". A very very rude lady. I don't like calling people racist but she definitely accomplished that scenario with her individual customer service towards me. She was so rude i had to get her co worker who was phenomenal to check me out, i was centimeters away from verbally cussing that lady out but her colleague told me to calm down and to NOT CAUSE A SCENE with this woman. I will DEFINITELY be back in the morning to bring this issue up with management about Ms. Devin and her services towards the public. She def made me feel uncomfortable and was bleeding out racist vibes towards me. Especially when she turned her back to me and REFUSED to apologize for her conduct knowing she was wrong. I will def be contacting corporate about her as well. This woman is a liability to this location's customer service.

Olga is by far the best gas station attendant I've ever seen! She went out of her way to make fresh coffee, to get the hotdogs set up for us I mean AMAZING. I will be coming back to this one for my coffee souly because of her and he great work ethic!

I went in and purchased 2 slurpees and a bag of doritos, the cashier was restocking the grill, and asked if there was anything we wanted. All was well!

They never have money to pay out winnings in the machines...... they give you money orders which took them 2 days of me going back and forth up there. Won’t be playing hereTake the machines out of there if they can’t pay3stars cause the owner is very nice. Found my sons phone and saved it for him. He just needs to work on the midnight staff

While I have a good relationship with most of the cashiers here, I have one major complaint... The store has german roaches. Sooo, I never eat anything from here that is not prepackaged and sealed. I would recommend that it be treated and have no idea how a health inspector hasn't checked them on this. Even after their remodel, they are still hanging around. Otherwise, good and prompt service and selection. -2 stars for the pests.

Went inside to just get me a big gulp to drink there was a roach inside my cup after I had took a few sips & seen it. Returned the drink & they were completely unhelpful only thing said was oh you can get a new drink from where I just found a roach in. Bad customer service honestly.

0620 27 AUG 2020 - Horrible experience !! - First, a dark haired woman was seated at the “Queen” gaming machine WITHOUT A MASK! More on her later! // I had a coupon for a free glazed donut. I went to use it. The clerk (Asian woman at 0620 28 AUG 2020) rang up the purchase. The coupon allows for FREE PURCHASE! **She yells at me for -$0.19 cents due.*** I’m thinking she rang up the wrong kind of donut. I purchased a free glazed doughnut. But she must’ve rang up a higher price donut variety.*** Her attitude turned BALLISTIC and threatened to call Norfolk Police over -$0.19 cents due to likely miskey on her POS. I left in disgust of her truculence, but my key lanyard ripped grabber items hanging. Her anger intensified and then the skanky customer woman UNMASKED got involved physically threatening me. I bolted. /// To add insult to injury, both the clerk and customer followed me to my car screaming physical threats to me. The customer “flipped me off” while the clerk had her cell phone apparently calling Norfolk Police. ** First, “-$0.19 Due” would mean money back to me. But forget that—it’s no wonder more people go to Wawa it seems! // Second, if you have concrete signage demanding masks be worn, then why didn’t this clerk ENFORCE the rule with the customer at the “Queen” gaming machine?? // Finally, is all this commotion really necessary over the clerk poor abilities to use the POS terminal?? // CASE CLOSED

This location is rude to customers unless you're their friend or of their race. The two worst employees are the older lady with short hair (who I suppose is the manager) and the short anorexic newer old female employee who always wears her hair in a ponytail. They treat customers like trash and talk about you in their native language right in your face because they think you can't understand. The short anorexic employee Ive literally heard her telling a customer how she gets to take whatever she wants home that's why she's happy most of the times she's their by herself at night. Y'all please boycott this particular location!!! I'm warning you as an empath.
