I had the Best experience buying my first car at 1 stop auto! As a woman I had my reservations trusting a car sales man or mechanic, but not there! They were honest and transparent about the condition of the car and have made sure me and my little one were safe and happy in it! So thankful to their long partnered mechanic Darrin and the Owner Steve! They have great lifetime perks that come with the purchase of a car through them. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through them!

This is a top tier dealership! Was looking for an affordable quality vehicle for my daughter. After a disappointing search I found this dealership and was impressed immediately. Told Steve what we could afford and he broke the lot down quickly and helped us find the perfect vehicle. When the payment part started I was given a couple of options and was able to find the best option for my daughter. Overall experience was amazing! Thank you Steve for all your help!! After my insurance totaled my car, I was anxious about having to get a new one. JB was so helpful, kind, and knowledgable on showing me everything about my new car. Everyone was so nice including the owner, Steve, who introduced himself while I was waiting. I would definitely recommend getting a car from 1 Stop!

BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy from this place. They sold us a clean, cute Caddy with a cracked axle which meant they sold me a car that was totaled. How does this happen?? This place needs to be investigated… We were able to fix it out of our own pockets- they said they were not aware or responsible…

I just bought my teenage daughter her first car! The entire process went smoothly and the owner and the sales representatives were very courteous, never pressured me, and were willing to assist with the pre-approval process. There were only a couple of things that everyone should know before stopping by:
- Be ready to pay close to the advertised price. Aside from a couple of hundred dollars, there wasn't much negotiating by the dealership.
- Although the state inspections are free, the oil changes are not., You need to pay $20/change.
- There was no curtesy full tank of gas (at least not for me) so be ready to drive off with the gas tank as is.
Even with being aware of the aforementioned, I would still consider this dealership for any future used car purchases. They even offer some cash for referrals.

I didnt have a issue with the company minus maybe the inspection sticker ? my car came pre leaking and the oil was over filled which told me potential oil burning but no turn out mechanic didnt know what he was doing which i personally buy fixer uppers and keep moving until they die so the leak dont bother me and i change all fluids the same day i bought her ...but for the mechanic you should learn how to work on cars i can teach you if you want like had everything fixed in about 6 hours
Now again nothing wrong with my personal experience with the staff but i do not like how this company doesnt have a app that allows us to see the current balance ? transparency is key to good business management and they do have some Shadyside going on

Absolutely the best used car dealership I’ve ever purchased a car from. Customer service is awesome. The owner Steve is not only a great businessman but also a great person. Darren and his staff in the mechanics shop have been truly fantastic. Front office staff are warm, welcoming and excellent.
