“My family took our animals to another vet for 20+ years. When our dog needed an appointment but they couldn’t fit us in, we ended up taking her to Signal Hill Animal Clinic since they were the only ones available. We never went back and have been coming here for a few years now! I honestly can’t say enough good things about them.Dr. Lloyd & Dr. Biggs have been extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and respectful of our wishes. I never once got the feeling they were trying to upsell us or give us things we didn’t need. You can just tell by the way they interact with your pets that they truly enjoy the work they do. The vet techs & receptionists are also very informative and friendly. It’s such a small thing but they are always smiling and willing to answer any questions you have.Taking your animals to the vet can be so stressful and expensive, but it’s always a pleasure to take our pets here. I feel completely comfortable leaving my animals in their care. Our pets also like coming here (as much an animal can enjoy the vet haha), which speaks volumes about their staff. As long as I live in Virginia, I don’t plan on taking my pets anywhere else.”

“Amazing vets! We have been going here for about 2 years and love Dr Kelly. She takes her time and thoroughly explains each concern. One of my dogs had a lump and she ran the tests and explained everything to me and answered my questions without rushing at all. Her love of animals and desire to provide excellent care is obvious. “I'm not a person that typicaily post. I would like to share my story. Over the past 60 days I have been going to Southside. My dog Odin is under their care. Dr. Morrow took him with open arms after regular vet wasnt able to help. This issue started with the prior vet in February. I feel just like you. My Odin is part of the family. He had a hematoma that my regular vet was not about correct. This was after $1000.00 and several visits. Not knowing what to do I was referred to Southside. I dont wont to share the preivious vet. I will say this, Dr Morrow and Sothside has a customer for life. I cannot thank them enough.”
“We bring all our fur babies here. We have several. We have Guinea pigs, a cat, and a dog. The piggies are regularly visited by the techs who handle them with care. We had an unfortunate incident with one of our piggies last summer and he passed away, but the team did everything they could to take care of him. They feel and love the pets like they are their own. The love for animals is evident in the interactions. They are always willing to help explain needed services and help me move something if I need to, due to finances, and they are super gentle. That’s important. All of our animals have received regular care that is excellent. We have been customers for almost 4 years, and I’m so grateful we got his clinic. I would recommend them to anyone!”

“I'm so pleased with my current visit. My fur baby needed to see a vet for his wound, and they were able to see him quickly. From the moment you walk in and go back to the exam room, they have been nothing but amazing. The vet was able to ease my worry and help me with a care plan to heal my baby. I've been to a few vet clinics, and this, by far, has been the best. I'm going to have to bring my other fur babies here as well.”
“Caring Hands Hospital certainly lived up to their name. I brought my female miniature schnauzer, Misty, into their facility tonight. Misty was listless, weak and didn't want to go for walks during this past week. I thought it was arthritis, after all she is, was 13.5 years old, about 95 in our years. The doctor suggest diagnostics of blood and an x-ray. I couldn't afford both, so we opted for an x-ray. The x-ray showed advanced liver cancer. Misty never whimpered or yelped; she never told me she was in pain. I had to give her up to doggie heaven tonight. The Caring Hands doctor and her team were so caring and gentle with Misty and me. They had a room set aside for me to spend our last minutes together. They gave her a shot to lessen her pain. The room had a poem about dogs, a couch, and water therapy flowing. They provided options on how Misty's remains were to be handled and really made this unexpected ordeal relativity painless for both of us. I highly recommend this place. I will take my male miniature schnauzer to them from now on.”

I am not a client of theirs, but I have worked with dogs who needed immediate care and Ohana has always been empathetic, professional and reliable. “Today was my first time at a Banfield. I actually switched Vets, due to my old one tripling the price of insurance for ONE DOG ?. The team at the Manassas location provided excellent customer service, and made sure that my dogs and I felt at home. They were all very informative! I also spoke to Wanda over the phone before coming in, and she was AMAZING! Unfortunately, the wait time was pretty long. It was about 40 minutes before a veterinary assistant was able to come in the room to get us started. At my old vet, I was out the door within 30 minutes. In my opinion, that would probably be the only downside, but I understand things happen and it can get hectic sometimes.”
