“What a wonderful venue , we celebrated our son and his wife’s recent wedding there. The owner (Helen) is extremely accommodating and helpful and responds quickly. The barn is large with a deck, kitchenette, separate room for serving food, sound system, and much more. She also has tables and chairs so you don’t have to rent any, which is a huge plus. Almost anything you could need Helen already has on site. The grounds are large and outdoor deck is wrapped around with multiple seating options and a fire pit. We thank Helen very much for making our event so special.”

“Had nothing but fun, 5 stars. Kids had a blast, my daughter sat with a bunny for a solid hour and wouldn't move. My niece made her business to make friends with every single goat. Free samples were included with the ticket I chose the mozzarella, they had lovely bouquets for sale”

“As a former member, it was great to see the folks from Evergreen resurrect the old manor house from the ashes so to speak.

The new ownership spared no expense and returning Manor House it all its glory.

Food at the country club was lacking however, outside of breakfast I would simply select other options when I make my return trip.”

“Poplar Springs Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. The flexibility the venue allowed and beauty of the venue especially with all the surrounding trees made it an ideal choice. The catering staff was phenomenal, and our guests are still raving about the food, especially the Demi Glazed Beef and Salmon Pink Champagne meals. We appreciated being able to bring our own drinks and have the staff create our signature cocktails. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful, and the venue provided a welcome table with water for our guests, which was much appreciated on the hottest of the year. The scenic trees, stone patio, and the lake added a stunning backdrop for our wedding and family photos. Laia, our Venue Supervisor, ensured everything went smoothly. Laia was so helpful during the final walkthrough, and the weeks leading up to the wedding especially with our last-minute questions. She was always quick to respond and clear with her answers. Carla, the Inn Supervisor, took excellent care of our guests. She took care of our guests at the afterparty and the morning after. Were really pleased with how the after party turned out, especially with the ability to have late night Domino’s Pizza ordered and to have a bonfire. The complimentary breakfast the day after the wedding was fantastic, and the relaxed atmosphere allowed our guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. Thank you, Poplar Springs Manor, for providing the perfect venue for our wedding.

The Royal AV Group did an outstanding job as our audio and visual technicians. They provided two photobooths, including a stand and a 360 photobooth, which our guests loved!  We appreciated how willing Angad was to work within our budget to ensure we had everything we wanted. Angad was our main point of contact and was helpful in setting us up with everything we needed. The lighting was perfect, and the music sounded great throughout the evening. Our violinist mentioned how helpful the audio/visual technician was in ensuring she had everything she needed to perform during our ceremony. The Royal AV Group truly enhanced our wedding experience, and we are so grateful for their excellent service!”

“We just had our twin daughter’s 5 year old birthday party here and it was AMAZING! The hosts took care of everything. They were great with the kids and kept them entertained. I would highly recommend a birthday party here! My girls ended the day saying it was the best birthday ever!”

“The grounds are amazing with places to hang out with friends that have overhead heaters and fire pits. They have ax throwing and corn hole and tons of space to bring some fun games with you. The staff was very friendly too.”

“Great place for kids to learn how to ice-skate, or spend quality time with the family during the free-skate times, with live music. It gets cold for the bystanders, so bundle up. Seating is limited to single benches along the side wall of the rink. Staff is friendly, and the instructors encourage and provide positive feedback to the kids; hence, we keep coming back. Does get busy on the weekends with ice hockey practices, doors keep opening and slamming shut to get to the other rink.”

“Weird entrance as they split males and females as you have to enter the locker rooms immediately to get to the pools. People are actually showering so bringing in small children you may need to shield their faces.

Pools stay open from 11 or 12 until 6pm. They will close the pool at actually 6pm rather you showered or not.

It costs $8 to enter the park before reaching Atlantis.”

“Great theater to come to, seats are super comfy and huge, screen is huge too so it doesn’t matter where you sit, it’ll be a great view. Cinemark has been the best theater I’ve been to, price is ok but hey, it’s delicious”

“So for a holiday inn def not up to the standards I would expect in the room! employees where A++ but once u get to ur room you are left with alout to be desired. Hotel is in need of a major remodel. Besides the room everything else was amazing hope you guys get the much need remodel soon!”

“Our room was so large and spacious. The kitchenette was well stocked and so useful to have. The location was perfect for our concert venue (Jiffy Lube Live). A very short drive for parking at the event. Check in was quick and easy. I really appreciated the call from the front desk to make sure everything was perfect in our room. The room, as well as the rest of the hotel, was very clean. I will definitely be staying here again.”

“Update — just came back again after a very long time only because my kids were asking so many times to come here. Came to find out all staff had changed, new staff are all very helpful and super friendly! The manager was also very kind. They gave us the socks which we never received before. They treated us very well. I am very happy to see the positive changes here. We bought the 10 pass package. Would live to come here often now since it’s my kids’ favorite playground.Rude staff, the staff treated us like we are the prisoners, when I left my kids to my husband inside and tried to run for an errand, the staff interrogated me asking who is watching the kids and where my husband is. The staff could’ve asked nicely and I would’ve answered nicely and would’ve understood why they question, but the way the staff questioned me like I was being interrogated like I was trying to escape from prison lol. When I came back and my husband wanted to leave for awhile, the staff did not allow my husband to leave even tho he told the staff that I was watching the kids. When he came back the staff threatened my husband that they would call the police lmao, for what?! And they did not let my husband to get back in until I stepped in their arguments. I felt like we were in prison or something, hack of an experience. I was very angry and frustrated, I hated that my kids had to witness the arguments between us and the staff. It was supposed to be a happy experience for my kids. My kids love playing there that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars, I would give 0 star otherwise. This is the second time we were not happy about the way the staff treated us there.”
