They have great access to tons of books and they come in very quickly. Unfortunately, they are so particular about how the books are returned that I can't let my kids read them. I recently returned a children's book that had two pages that were wrinkled in the back (presumably some kind of water damage) and I was charged a $27 replacement fee. It was still completely readable and unnoticeable until you opened the very last page. The woman was absolutely sure that it was our fault.Another book I returned was a little more wavy. I don't remember it being near water. When I hold the book, the waves correlate to the shape of a hand holding the book. I also paid for that one. She assumed that one was also water damage. To be fair, I also paid for a book with a broken spine, and I get that. This is a fancy library. So if you want to read books that are in pristine condition, this is your place. If you have children in the house, you may want to steer clear. Even if the books are still 100% readable and the damage is nearly undetectable, you may be out some money. I could have bought several books for the $40 I paid today.PS Just to be ornery, I'm attaching a picture of the "damaged" page in the $27 book, and a photo of the paperback that forms to the shape of a hand.

Great little library. A surprising number of children's book for a small library. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely library! They have story time and lots of other activities even though they are small. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. We have enjoyed coming in off and on for years. If they do not have the book you are looking for they will send out for it and you will have it in a few days.

Very small, so there's always a friendly librarian to help, but if you're in need of a particular book it will likely not be here. Closed Fridays.

Love the Nokesville Library! The children's story time is the best :)

So small but I find it to be awesome. It's just what the little towm of Nokesville needs, a little tiny library. Like the big branches it has a small amount of CDs, magazines, dvds, amd a good amount of books. Two computers if you want internet. These also double as the library catalogue. A bit inconvenient during the school year when students use them for essays etc. and the pages print behind the checkout counter. A nice place to stop in to pass some time and pick up a couple books.
