“I came in here to make a deposit today, and this branch was conveniently located to an office where I had a meeting earlier. I am seeing more and more of these branches lately, whereas before I only knew of 2 locations in Springfield and Annandale. Every single time I've always had an uneventful and easy experience. I have an account at a different bank which has been the opposite experience, and I think that their problem is that they are trying to be too modern with their silly cafes and whatnot. That is not the case with this bank. It is definitely more of a traditional back which I appreciate.”

“Recently I became a new customer of this C.U. based on their CD rates which were unbeatable locally. The staff are excellent. I was surprised that the branches do not have direct dial local phone numbers. They use a toll free number and then connect you with the branch. Apart from that unusual method of contact, they are tops in financial performance from my experience with them.”

Today is Saturday 12-23-17 and AMAZON PRIME just tried to screw me over. I didn't know what to do. So I went to good ol' Mr Jimmy. Things that may seem to be an issue for the customer they help find the solution with such ease. They reassure and fulfill the need at hand . Even with new people coming and going the Ones who have been there for at least 5 years definitely help train the new comers to join their team with the same ethics and Charisma. I only like going to the Centreville branch location.”

“I needed a notary late in the afternoon. I came to this branch to see if I could pay for notarial services. They offer free notarizations but only to customers. So I asked if I could open an account on the spot. They did that and gave me all my paperwork within 15 minutes or so. I had my papers notarized, spoke with the bank manager, and had a lot of stress taken off my shoulders within 20 minutes. I was so grateful. I have been treated like gold at every other branch I've been to and have had important papers witnessed and notarized there by professional, reputable people. I have never had any fees so far. United Bank is extremely accommodating and helpful to people with disabilities and of all cultural backgrounds. I would recommend them as a local bank.”
