This past Thursday evening we noticed our house was not cooling down after a 90-degree day. After investigating the problem, we saw our outside compressor fan was not spinning even though the AC was on. At 1100p, we emailed George and within minutes received an email back from Jackie (George's spouse) stating they would have a tech come out the next day. We received two additional emails prior to 8a the next morning confirming the service call. By 10a (less then 12 hours from initial contact), Kyle (George's son) showed up and replaced the capacitor. We were very grateful of the Dennis family for their prompt response and getting our unit back running. We should also mention, their service call charge was very reasonable considering the quick response request.

Responded within a couple of hours to our call about our 16-year-old furnace having shut down. ldentified the problem and provided options - repair or replace - and the likely costs of each. We chose to get a new furnace. Two days later they installed the new furnace, modified the sheet metal ductwork as needed and installed the new PVC piping. Professional, friendly, attention to detail, and cleanup - all superior. I would strongly recommend Advanced!
