For some reason, the woman flat out refused to sell me the four jalapeño cream cheese taquitos tonight because she needed to “save them to put out in the morning”. If there is a paying customer, why refuse a sale for them to sit out tomorrow? They were even expecting more later tonight. But either way, she flat out refused to sell them to me which does not seem right to me. I honestly hope they sit out tomorrow morning and harden. Thank you so much for refusing to sell me items that you specifically knew that I had driven to the location twice for and was going to cook at home. Great customer service… will not be returning.

This is 7/11 is just sad I’m not sure about the day employee but the night time employees are terrible! I get off and used to come here at around 12/1 am every night after work when there was sweet lady looked to be 30/40. now I go out of my way and pass this gas station to go to Sheetz, and this is right around the corner from my house. The other night I decided to try to give it another try to see if she was working again and two MALE employees were very loudly talking about beating up another female coworker. And that’s not the first time I have those same employees talking about “work drama” sounds like a management issue. I am general manager of a restaurant, and if they worked for me they would be fired and I would have trespassing orders against them. It’s sad and I hope who ever they were talking about is safe or at least feels safe to come to their job.

I left my wallet in the parking lot and the cashier had it ready for me and checked the wallet to ensure that it was mine.

Love the staff here. Very pleasant and make you feel welcome. I go every morning for coffee on the way to work. It's always fresh and the store is always clean

I went in and bought 3 five dollar scratchers. Off a new pack of scratchers. I go back in to get next 4 tickets in number sequence from the 3 I had already purchased. They where rude and would not give the correct ones in order from the first 3 that I bought and lost. Which is not good customer service.the guy stated his employee made a mistake and sold me wrong ones. Which is not the customers fault that the 711 employee made an error. I go that store lacation at least 1 to 2 times daily buying tickets and other items. I'm not going there ever again. And they have horrible CUSTOMER service. They should have sold me the next ones from the order I got them and corrected there employee not the Dailey CUSTOMER as myself
