First their signs are outdated on the door to call. Neither numbers worked, they had a sign that said closed and will be back at 1pm it was 11am. Guy comes out to act like some hard a** and confront me because I said something walking back to my car obviously frustrated that I’d probably have to come back. I will be contacting Uhaul personally to let them know of the p**s poor customer service. I would never go here for automobiles, housing, Uhaul and whatever other services they provide. The fact that this place has anything other than one star reviews is honestly amazing to me!

Had a reservation made with Uhaul for a trailer. There was no on there and while on the phone with uhaul, they said they will show up for the appt time. I was there 30 mins prior to the appt time and no one showed up.I was to be on the road and moved to be able to at work and not lose days. Uhaul did nothing to resolve this matter.I called Williams Auto Sales many times and no answer, and even left messages with my number. Never got a call back.Uhaul and this place cost me a lot of money lost due to the unprofessional attitude of this place and that of uhaul to resolve this matter.There were other people who drove up many times stating that they have spent over a month going there and calling to resolve an issue and have zero success.

Went to get a uhaul truck and no one was there. And there was a sign on the door that said trespassers will be shot...so yeah
