THIS dealership is a scam. Mike, the salesman, led us the wrong way and vaguely answered our questions. In hindsight, that was our ?and we should’ve pulled out of the contract signing. 5 months later, the car broke down and we have already spent hundreds in repairs.ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!!

I’m absolutely devastated with my experience at this dealership and Michael. Listen to me, DO NOT shop here! He lied and misled us on several issues. He comes across so caring so nice. Smh I will be contacting every social media outlet I can think of, and the Better Business Bureau to warn every single person about this car salesman, aka snake. He also promised to contact me, because, he knew there was engine problems. A code reader was used to remove the engine light from coming on. A very nice mechanic explained to me exactly what happened and how slimy car salesmen do this. I understand buying a used cars comes with issues… But not like this. I don’t understand why car salesman’s do not have any fiduciary duties to clients. Makes no sense to me is the second largest purchase most people make. Anyway, my point is… Do not buy from this place or this man. I gave him quite some time to resolve the situation, and now he just won’t contact me.

traded my car and they sold me a ? knowing that dodge had a blown head gasket and I let them know that they they got the car back to fix and got it back fid it again got it back and here we are again . not to mention value cover gasket have been sealed with some kind of goop timing sealer is messed up also intake. starter missing a bold ac and heat module messed up . they sold me a warranty that covered nothing they basically robbed ne never go here for nothing I will be contacting a lawyer!

I got a SUV from them and within a month I was spending money on it first $860 then over a $1,000 on air-conditioner $500 on 4 wheel drive motor this SUV should've never been sold to someone and my trade in was a great car with all the extras I'm just very disappointed.

They lost my down payment then said I never paid a down payment and charged me an extra $1,000. They said they can only receive down payments in cash and I paid it but when they changed company leadership they lost there own records. Do not get a car from here they are very unprofessional.

As a 1st time car buyer...Mike Dye did wonders..Worked aboved and beyond helping me. As nervous as I was, calmly answered all my newbie questions. Mike made sure I got the car I wanted and needed...not rushing me into a mistake.Definitely the go to guy for life. Recommend

Was sold a lemon they have been trying to work with me but the car they sold me has had nothing but problems with it since I left a lot not a very good honest company now I’m stuck paying for a car that doesn’t even work or I end up with a repossession on my credit not a very happy camper with this place

I have always bought new cars, so I came here with allot of pre-conceived notions, but was proven wrong on all of them. A youthful ,gray haired gentleman, Michael, made the experience completely painless and actually enjoyable. I am a 70 year old female and I knew he was taking my best interest his first priority, when helping me chose. I would give this business 10 stars if I could !!

Honest salesman who are friendly without being pushy. A reasonable processing fee. Fair value for my trade. Quick and easy. I have always been hesitant to go to dealership, but I'm glad I came here! I recommend them to anyone!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do.not.go.here. I'm going to safely assume that they get all of their vehicles service by the Napa up the road from them and have some kind of deal where they pass everything no matter how unsafe. We've had the vehicle for roughly 7 months and it has been issue after issues, and we bought it with a brand new inspection sticker on it from the same month of purchase (inspection done by the Napa previously mentioned)There isn't a doubt in my mind Mike(the frail old white guy) knew exactly what he was doing when we walked on that lot. We told him we needed a safe family vehicle, as we have 4 kids and I take care of my grandmother, and he assured us we were in good hand. The day we closed and went to pick it up and immediately noticed a grinding when I would break that wasn't heard during the test drive. After several trips to wholesale and the Napa they finally listened and found it was missing an entire breakpad. Carelessness like that could have been fatal. Since then we've spent about $2, 000 in repairs. We'd love to get rid of it but because of the used care shortage we are stuck. Please, if you're reading thing take your money elsewhere.
