“After having a bad experience with the Henry Tires in Hampton off of Mercury (selling me a warped tire, and then installing it on the wrong side of the car) I ended up here not realizing they are affiliated, after I searched “used tires near me”. Shaun was willing to fix my situation, but only partially. He offered to replace the tire that was sold to me damaged, but I still needed a tire; for the tire I needed replaced in the first place. He advised that I call the store and see what they were willing to do. After I called and fussed, the receptionist in the Hampton location notified me of the policy they have for “no warranty on used tires” I requested to speak with a manager and she let me know that was Shaun. After the Hampton location pushed the problem off to him, he cleaned up their mess, correcting it all. I got my tires replaced and he did it in under 30 mins, as I was dealing with a fussy toddler. I appreciate him for making it right.”

“I had my first deer incident ever. I dropped my car off duct taped on front bumper with salt all over my car from winter weather in Ohio. I wasn't able to wash her because of the bumper damage because I was afraid it would cause more damage. When I picked my car up a week later, she was not only repaired, but washed, waxed, and vacuumed. I choked up and got tears in my eyes she looked so good!! These people are amazing at this shop!!
