The staff always is very friendly, they really try to help you out. I drop off deposits for work here and they say hello and take the time to greet everyone.

They are very bad, they robbed me, I filed a complaint and then they said they would help me and I had to wait 10 days. I didn't know anything else. When I called, they said the case was closed and apart from all this, they also robbed me. The thieves did their thing and they did not solve or investigate anything, but they robbed me too and took the money from my account and accused me, the victim, of being a thief.

I had a wonderful experience at this WF with JUSTIN S. He is very kind, very accommodating, and overall an amazing customer service rep. I had to withdraw my deceased grandma’s funds and it was a very long, stressful process but he was very helpful and I appreciated it a lot during this difficult time. It was super busy today and he still made sure I was taken care of thoroughly. Thank you so much, Justin!

Drive thru service is slow. Teller seems to pick and choose who gets acceptable service. Regular teller will sit and chit chat with one customer while other customers are waiting.

My fiancé and I have been banking at WF for a long time and the previous Management was great. They were fast, efficient and when you called the branch they answered every time.Recently they got a new manager and they are terrible. They don’t properly staff the drive through service. They NEVER answer the phone. And overall the quality and professionalism has gone to legit zero!On top of all this, all the good staff that were helpful/professional either transferred or quit because of the new management.They suck now

I took a $5000 check to cash in the drive thru and I naturally expect them to verify especially since I don't have an account with wells fargo. My friend who wrote the check (for a business investment) did not answer, so naturally they gave it back to me and asked me to go into the bank. The manager was waiting for me at the door and asked for the check and my ID before she even announced who she was.... She called to verify again and my friend did not answer but she called back immediately and verified the check she wrote out to me. The whole time I'm standing in front of the teller next to the managers office listening to everything. Now that it was verified, it's still not good enough for the manager. She gives back my ID and the check and asked the teller to verify again... I'm standing in front of the teller watching her call my friend to verify the check again.... I understand that you must be extra careful these days because of fraud but after the person who writes the check goes through the verification process why make an innocent person look and feel like a thief?

Always have a good expy here. When you could go inside the staff was always really friendly. I don't bank here but my work does so that is why I come here. The client's always seem like they are very happy with the staff.
