I've been coming to this bank for almost 3yrs never had any issues until today I sold a house in ?? I had a big check & I was told that the check was a foreign check it wasn't American dollar I was speechless also there was an 80$ just to deposit the check in my WF account that doesn't even make sense having an account & getting charged for a deposit & that it would take 10 weeks the lady ask me if I wanted to start the process I told her NO went to another Wells Fargo bank in Hampton by mercury blvd & they didn't asked me anything I explained what had happened in the other bank & the lady was speechless they wer very professional & went the extra mile they lady was very kind & professional I deposit without any issues NO 80$ FEE & next day I would have 6k & in 4 days it would clear completely.. I will never ever go again to this bank in oyster ave I should've asked for the managers name but whoever is the manager today ( sir or mam ) you should asked higher up if you're not sure about something don't just assume you know what you was saying clearly ?? doesn't have a different $ we are 100% US citizens

The lady at the front desk was really rude and had a lot of attitude like I get it you deal with people everyday but why project that on someone else. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Hello this branch I've seen repeatedly seen people have problems . Today was my day I guess . I paid off 1260.00 o my credit card and was told they will not take the last 10 dollars in change .Then asked for a manager .I was told he would get the managers .Then he came back and told me no he would not .I would haft to come inside very rudely .if the policy is the policy I will respect that but the lack of professionalism is the problem . I will not return to this branch and advised others to not come .

If you are a small business this is not the bank you want. There is nothing helpful or personal about banking here. You will never get someone on the phone at the branch either. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.I’m giving 2 stars because a few tellers were very kind when I would come in.

Rod'Nay was very unprofessional. She barely spoke. I was next in line she looked up so i said are you ready for me? She shook her head and proceeded with my transaction. No hello, how can I help you. Nothing. Usually everyone is friendly here .....

I just wanted to acknowledge the young lady working the drive through. I have come through twice recently for simple transactions. I was so impressed with her gentle, respectful manner. She is truly rare and appreciated for her authentic graciousness. She also didn't make me have to fill out forms which I appreciate as I have wrist pain and writing is challenging.

Terrific customer service here! Every transaction I have ever had here has been friendly and efficient. The people are knowledgeable and helpful and always have a smile for me. I don't often have need to go into a branch for service, but when I do, I don't dread it like I do at other places.

I had appointment 4:00 pmI went there 3:50 pm and told them I have 4:00 pm appointment , a man told me ok but no one show up till 4:20 pm that’s why I left the branch.

Business hours said 9am -5pm and the doors was closed and the employees saw me and didn't say nothing but look at me and rolled they eyes. The lady in drive thru was nice. Poor customer service from the tellers inside. Then I went in the drive thru and they tried to keep my card until I said something.

Came to know that the bank works only on an appointment basis even if you try to create an account over here. You should learn from other branches where they help their customers in creating bank accounts since that's the basics of the banking system. I don't recommend this branch.
