The only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because of Kevin. He's the nicest one there. Cashier was rude. Coffee area was filthy. I visit this area often and I love Wawa coffee but I will not return to this location.

I’m in Wawa a lot and my experience is different from each store. The staff here really works hard and try and provide great service. We can’t please everyone and things do happen. And yes you do come across that person that don’t want to work and provide bad service. But over all the staff that I have dealt with have always stepped up. Cat, Regan, MeMe, Ms Kim, Kevin, if I didn’t mention you it’s probably because I don’t remember your name right now. I can always edit later. lol. Hey I don’t lie. Keep it 100. All I have to say is be careful using your Apple Pay at the pump they took a security deposit and NEVER gave me my money back which was over 20.00 this happened November 25, 2023. I won’t ever go back there for anything ?

I love Wawa, but the Sunday morning crew needs more training. Today I bought several items, one of which was candy bars on sale. When the cashier rang them up, there was no discount. She showed no concern for me not getting the discount. I had to ask her to ask her partner to help with the situation. She did and he straightened it out. First, the staff is not putting the candy under the Discounted Label. Second, the cashier should be trained to apologize when the store makes a mistake. A simple apology and some concern when the store makes a mistake goes a long way.

Sugar cookie iced coffee!!!!!! Yes yes yes They even have cold foam!!!!!! This location is clean and the staff are pleasant they stay stocked and I got my favorite holiday coffee

The employees are outgoing and great, but everything I come here it seems as someone is panhandling or soliciting something. If I'm walking in or out of a business the last thing I want to experience is being harassed by someone for money, or to be approached to buy something that is not sold by the business,Food is okay but has gotten expensive, but it hits the spotservice is great, Kevin brightens my morning with his humor. And when one register is open and a line forms it moves away cause a second one is opened.Pumps work pretty well but there are only 4 diesel pumps and vehicles that don't take diesel use them as a parking space.FYI the panhandling generally happens to the left of the building by the trash receptical.

Deborah needs to learn manners instead of throwing the ready to go food on the service shelf in front of the customers. Not an apology or anything after half my drink ended on someone’s shirt thanks to her.
