Customer service is very unprofessional. You’re always on hold for 8 minutes plus and they do not communicate well with the Dr. offices.

Prescription, for my sick child, was supposed to be ready when I went to pick up. I called 5 hours before hand to make sure they got it and it would be ready. When I got there I was told they would work on it that night and have it ready when they open, at 9am. Went to pick up and it wasn’t ready, was told to come back in 1 hour. Came back and it still wasn’t ready. I was told that it would be ready by 2pm. I asked for a guarantee and they said yes, then they said “we’ll actually let me check if we even have that medication in stock”. Why am I being told something will be ready by a certain time if you don’t know if you even have said medication? Every single person I encountered was rude and acted like their job was such a bother. Then they said they “lost” the insurance information that was supposed to be in the system, then found it later on? I don’t honestly don’t know how these people still have a job or customers. Never again.

The pharmacist, Jameelah did an amazing job giving me a flu shot today. She was trying to be efficient, but at the same time was very compassionate and constantly checking to make sure that I was doing okay, considering my age. Probably shouldn't put this in the review but she was giving me a charming smile every few minutes encouraging me to keep going with the vaccination. The entire staff was amazing and I highly recommend this particular pharmacy for your immunization before coming season. Thank you Dr. Jameelah!

Nice place. But I would think that the cashier at the front and at the drive-thru would be little bit more discreet, I can hear everyone's medications before me as they picked up.

Ghetto. Ghetto. Ghetto. Rude and unprofessional management. Pickup orders always come out wrong and rude managers do not care one bit. They should fire everyone and go digital.

Bad even as Walmarts go. Crowded, Long lines, indifferent staff (always on their phones), and the overwhelming majority of the shopping carts are just four-wheeled garbage carts with wonky wheels that drive you up the wall. This Walmart makes me want to pay more at Target.

Prescriptions are hardly ever filled on time and if they need to order an item they NEVER communicated that with the patient before hand. They say something when you show up and or look confused because you are missing a prescription. Most of the pharmacy techs are not friendly.I went yesterday to pick up my 3 prescriptions and my dauggters 2 prescriptions the lady waiting on me kept texting on her phone and could not be bothered. Come to find out one of my 3 prescriptions was not in the bag with no explaination. This pharmacy is closest to my house but will definitely be going out of my way to the Yorktown Walmart pharmacy were there is better service and communication.

Just went by at 1035 they were closed (posted on door they close at 11) had to get water for my children so left for another store that holds to their posted hours.

This store is a "Checkout Nightmare ". There was 12-15 associates standing around the self service checkout area with 25 shoppers in line waiting to check themselves out with large baskets full of items. Two other associates were in line to check themselves out and here 20 shoppers stood waiting to complete their transactions. I asked a yellow vest employee "Why there aren't any workers checking out the shoppers?" She answered me with a snippy statement and I told her I would never shop this store ever. Oh did I tell you how many employees were on their personal PHONES. This is what you get with Walmart a shopper told me. NEVER again will I spend 1 cent with these lazy people.

I enjoy shopping inside the store, but whatever you do shopping online may not be your best bet. I have ordered online and almost every time my order has been canceled the next day followed by them holding my money for 3-5 until they release the money back onto my card ... in that time I could have purchased the product from somewhere else. I do not understand why the online shopping list is never updated.

I love that they have a variety of my and my Daughters favorite flavors of waters that my Walmart in Williamsburg doesn’t carry anymore or has never carried at all. Thank you
