This pharmacy is terrible, it's not open on Sundays, which is very inconsiderate when you've been to the hospital and they order here and you can't pick up your medication.

Really disappointing in my service today. Order photos several weeks ago. Supposed to be the 24 hour photos. It’s been two weeks. I’m getting email saying my pictures are complete ready for pick up. This is my second time. Going to the store. When I get there the photo departments has no idea where my orders are & why they’re not ready. Today I asked to speak to a manager. The customer service rep called someone on the phone when I asked was there a manager in the store, she said no. I just walked out, I refuse to spend my money in a store with no supervision.

My mother is a foreigner and does not speak English well. However, she has lived in the United States for 30 years and has no discomfort at all about her life in the United States. My mother said that when she met Asai at this pharmacy, she felt very bad. Asai chooses to ignore others rather than respect them and does not provide help to others. I'm really sad that ASAI works for you. My mom said she will never choose a Walgreen pharmacy again.

2.7 STARS BECAUSE OF LIZ, THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO FIRE HER, Terrible service at the pharmacy, LIZ , LIZ, LIZ IS HER NAME, this lady does NOT BELONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE, RUDE FOR NO REASON, VERY ARGUMENTATIVE., NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL , went to get my vaccines, she was so RUDE, THAT I CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND WENT TO RITEAID INSTEAD!!!SUCH A SHAME

just had the worst experience at the Walgreens pharmacy at 11440 Warwick Blvd. The pharmacist, Liz is beyond rude. She would not honor the contract establish by the insurance company with Walgreens. Even after the insurance company advised her she was to Bill via medical and not through the prescription plan. I had to file a formal complaint VMI insurance company to seek reimbursement. Walgreen needs to implement new training of the employees for better customer service. I will not give any business to a company that allows employees to treat their customers so poorly.

At this rate close because a pharmacy closed on the weekends and at 6pm on the weekday is absolutely useless to anyone with a job or an emergency.

I am a physician and had talked to the pharmacy technician, who provided very poor customer service. She clearly did not care about the customer and verbally displayed disrespect for the physician. I would not recommend that patients use this facility.

They with held my babies medication that they need to be able to breath. The pharmacist there said it'd take up to 24 hours to process. I spoke with four other pharmacist in the area and they said they could have it done in under an hour. Corporate Walgreens said that there is no explanation as to why it would take 24 hours to process. That man was withholding our child's medication. If I have to take my baby back to the hospital because they withheld her medication they will be held liable.

No wonder this place is dead, it has a manager who's only friendly as you're headed out, I went out of my way to get something for someone, then he said that I'd receive a digital receipt. Well I had to give it back and as I was trying to tell him that... he shut me up. Is this the guy who you all want representing your company's mission? He needs to be retrained, because right now I'm thinking about cancelling my Walgreens Membership

Hello, I just experienced the worst customer service At this establishment. I was at Walgreens 10140 in Newport News, va. 14440 Warwick blvd 23608. I originally submitted an order for a calendar that should have been completed by 1:55p. When I arrived Somekne called over to assistance in photo and a lady name Luisa I think her last name is Perez but I am not sure about the last name part. She started off the conversation being rude saying she had some people quit and the person who does the photo is off. So I had asked her what she meant by that because I got a confirmation email and a same day service is offered. If no one was available I should have received a phone call or text or email stating a delay in services. She said she would try with an attitude while continue to say she doesn’t know what to do. I thanked her at the time for attempting even though she was rude. I waited for about 20minutes before I said something again. At that point she was getting loud and a associate came over to see what the issue was. She continues to get loud and tell me that I didn’t receive a confirmation while stop working on the calendar. Not having someone be able to do a job that is offered is not my problem. Everyone should be trained on a job or at least the lead should know what to do. The lack of professionalism was in poor. As the lead that was on her badge she definitely needs more training for educational purposes as well as conduct. She should not be in the position she is in handling situations that she is not use to or handle the stress. She does not need to be at this establishment because I have always been greeted with professionalism at any place. My order number is 29988701321508. I hope that something is done about this situation. I would like an email or call back regarding this matter. The other associates helped me and I thank them for that but as for the person who is lead needs to be demoted.

Burnett woman with tattoos all over her arms working the pharmacy is absolutely disgusting. She is rude. No help. And acted like I was bothering her by dropping my prescriptions off. Complete trash. All the negative reviews you’d think they’d make some changes.

The pharmacy operations manager is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The pharmacist even seemed uncomfortable with her poor service but didn't say anything. I was off put enough to no longer use Walgreens for pharmacy services at all.
