I took a Rapid Test at a Hampton store yesterday, and this morning, the results still had not arrived in my email. I had to call them in order to get a copy. Otherwise, they would have never called me. They claimed the results were sent twice, but it's been 24 hours, and the results have not arrived in my inbox. Don't rely on the pharmacy to contact you if an issue arises. They're just not going to do it.

I've been going to this Walgreens for over 15 years!!! Pharmacy in recent and current years is trash ! I just went to pick up my medication and they closed the gate ON ME on New Year's Eve! When they will be closed for 3 days. That's Friday until Monday. No one was behind me in the line... they only have one lane going the other is/ has been blocked.. Probably because they're idiot staff can't multitask for two lanes or they don't have enough staff to put brain cells together. Pharmacy has been half open in 2021anyway, flakes! Pharmacist actually sick themselves... always have sign up closed for days... each day checking to see when I can pick up medication. How do they work with medicine and have no common sense!? Idiots have also messed up medication in the past! I am PISSED! Store owner or head of that department needs to reevaluate their staffing in the New Year..literally!

they are never open for hours they need to be as it is almost impossible to drop off or pick up medicine if you have a full- time job. I suggest you hire more staff or pay overtime so that it is conducive to actual hours people that work can pick up what they need. I get you are short staffed but everyone is and not staying open until 9pm seems like a personal choice not staffing issues.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The pharmacy is friendly and efficient. There's a drive through, the option to refill via email or phone... generally they try and make it as easy as possible. I recently walked through the main store for some Christmas decorations and fast supplies. They keep the place pretty well stocked. Whether you need to fill a prescription or to pick up something quick, this place works just fine. (I've noticed the one hour photo section. Is that still a thing? Are there still people who haven't gone digital? Well, if so, good for them that's there, I suppose.)

I may shop here too much. I rely on this Walgreens almost daily . The staff is pretty consistent which is nice when they remember your name and purchases. They keep my favorites in stock and it's easy to get in and out! Which is the most important. Plus they have a redbox on site which goes well with the Ben and jerrys I often get
