If I can give zero stars I would. Will never come here again. Came to get my boyfriend's meds after he got discharged from the hospital yesterday and the little girl working at the pharmacy (night crew, she looks like her name is Karen) didn't know how to speak to either of us. Spoke down to us like we were stupid with all the "like I SAID" talk. Then the guy I'm sure she has relations with, Adam, the pharmacist there, tried to come to her rescue when he wasn't even there to witness the way she spoke with customers. Don't come here. They don't know anything about customer service.

On 3/2. I went to Walgreens to pay a bill that I had cash and it gives you the ability to go to CVS Walgreens 7-11 or Ace. Because I had things to take care of in that area I decided to go to Walgreens, I usually go to 7-11. The bill was a little over 1200.00 so the cashier called her manager who said I can only do $500 at a time mind you I have did this same transaction at a different Walgreens before. So rather than paying the fee 3x I said I'll just go to CVS down the street whome took the payment with no problem 1 transaction. My point is if you are going to provide a service know what you are doing rather than inconvincing people. No shade to the cashier only the manager

This pharmacy is terrible, it's not open on Sundays, which is very inconsiderate when you've been to the hospital and they order here and you can't pick up your medication.

Really disappointing in my service today. Order photos several weeks ago. Supposed to be the 24 hour photos. It’s been two weeks. I’m getting email saying my pictures are complete ready for pick up. This is my second time. Going to the store. When I get there the photo departments has no idea where my orders are & why they’re not ready. Today I asked to speak to a manager. The customer service rep called someone on the phone when I asked was there a manager in the store, she said no. I just walked out, I refuse to spend my money in a store with no supervision.

just had the worst experience at the Walgreens pharmacy at 11440 Warwick Blvd. The pharmacist, Liz is beyond rude. She would not honor the contract establish by the insurance company with Walgreens. Even after the insurance company advised her she was to Bill via medical and not through the prescription plan. I had to file a formal complaint VMI insurance company to seek reimbursement. Walgreen needs to implement new training of the employees for better customer service. I will not give any business to a company that allows employees to treat their customers so poorly.
