I have to give a shout out to Toby for his help today. He was patient with us, listened to our problem, and truly took the time to understand it as it wasn't a simple case. We had tried talking to customer service over the phone ourselves with little result. Toby stepped up and advocated for us with Verizon. I don't think we would've gotten to a resolution without him, especially since our problem went back almost 2 years. I can't say enough how much I appreciated his efforts. It made all the difference. Good people work at this location.

Terrible customer service. I walk into the store to ask a basic question. I see a line is formed. I get in the line like everyone else. Everyone 1 by 1 gets service before me, which makes sense. Okay so when it’s my turn to get serviced by the Verizon worker, he walks away. He then goes to the front of the store and helps someone else who got there after I did. The openness of the store is confusing. How do they know who came in first? Do I have to grab a Verizon member as they walk by to be seen? Do I pull a ticket? Was I supposed to wait in the front of the store? Was I supposed to get in line? I left the store without being helped. I went to another Verizon wireless store.
