Eluxus was wonderful! She detailed my four line account and suggested better service plans. She also helped me with a phone upgrade. So far this location has provided me with the best consistent Verizon service.

Had a very good experience with Eluxus at the Verizon Warwick Blvd location. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and never felt rushed or keeping her from other duties. We have been to multiple Verizon locations who have staff members who have no customer service skills. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

I got a new IPhone 15 from Verizon and Eluxus was excellent. Very professional knowledgeable and polite. I have been with Verizon for years and by far this was my most pleasant experience!!

Kate is extremely rude. Argues with customers right when they walk in to the door. Bullying them. Yelling at them and claiming that you are yelling when you haven't raised your voice at all. Felt like I was going to get beat up or she's going to mess with my service. WORST customer service I have ever reviewed in my life. I called a recorded line and talked to customer service and there's a recording of her rudeness.

TLDR: Don't bother with this store, go to the corporate store on Jefferson.This was not a helpful staff shift (others may be great - but my experience was not). I went in with an SOS issue and they surrendered quickly by just telling me to go to the corporate store. I couldn't get into my account because it was on SOS mode and instead of sending the push notification to someone else on my account (like the other store did), they gave up. The other employee that was there that was not my main support kept talking about me to the guy who was helping me like I was not present and used a very condescending tone about what I needed to do (even though he wouldn't talk to me directly). I also overheard a very unpleasant and unkind conversation with another store employee on the phone with another customer service rep for the greater network - which was just uncomfortable to listen to and the other employees just laughed. I will not be coming back and just want to save other people a trip!

I just want to give a massive shoutout to Teresa and Jayla for helping me get my phone back on the network after I panicked for the transfer from one phone to another not completing on my end. I appreciate y’all’s time and effort! Make sure to find either one if you need immediate and quality help!

This store is great with customer service. Even if there is issues they have helped me out. You have to be patient with situations. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. If they mess up, they fix it. ELUXUS
