Eluxus at The Wireless Zone on Warwick Blvd in Newport News is the most helpful person I've ever met in any Verizon store ever. She made no commissions on a sale, but was rather helping me with an Asurion claim. This required a lot of her time for which she was not going to be extra compensated, but remained polite, helpful, and a complete prossional with the representative on the phone, me, and with the other customers who came into the store. Eluxus sets the bar for all customer service representatives. Thank you.
