I swear the United States postal service gets worse and worse every year. I ordered a simple sheet of stamps for the rest of my Christmas cards on Thanksgiving day. They took payment for them and I got my 3rd notice today saying they were shipped but there is a delay in delivery. Then they wonder why people don't use them anymore

Package delivered today; Sunday. Looks like it was used for a Soccer Game. Contents were intact but there is no excuse for it.

Still have been waiting a whole month for keys to the mailbox… they never answer the phones. Ridiculously unprofessional. Not pleased at all

For the last week the Flag at this Post Office has been hanging in total raged status. It should have already been taken down and replaced. One of the Postal Employees did try to take it down but was unable to do so that has been over a week now. Whoever is the Postal Station Master here needs to get it replaced immediately. If he cant get it done then he needs to be replaced with some one whom can. As a citizen of this city and a retired military person seeing our flag in this status is very disturbing to me.

This USPS locates in the Warwick Center Shopping area on the Warwick Blvd NN VA. Everything about postal service. Sometimes very crowded, little bit waiting, but quick service.

By far the most friendly service I've ever recieved at a post office. Kind and patient employees who are very pleasant to interact with when I drop off large loads. Thank you!

I haven't had any issues here. Been dropping off my orders consistently and haven't had any problems. It's USPS, they are short staffed countrywide so yeah you can expect hiccups here and there. Maybe if people didn't go in there acting a fool they would have gotten better service. Like I said, no issues for me here so I don't know what to tell you.

I want to recognize Nathaniel as an outstanding employee. He was courteous, had a smile on his face, and knew exactly how to help me. Initially I went to my local UPS store to mail documents that needed a stamped return envelope that I could track. The person at the UPS store did not know how to help so I left. The USPS office on Warwick was near my work and I have had a great experience there before so I went there instead. Since I went in the morning, there was no wait and I was seen right away ?

They don't process orders!!!! Used this place 2 weeks in a row won't be back and won't recommend. Will go out if my way to get better service elsewhere. I've used prepaid labels and dropped off items as just drop off order hasn't be processed as I can see with the prepaid tracking label that I used. It's been 1 WEEK!!! And it's not processed or left the facility not even showing up. This is the worst location on the peninsula! Horrible!

As post office locations go this one is small and low staff but the staff are friendly and under normal - non-pandemic - circumstances, I am typically able to get in and out quickly, even during Christmas rush!

I really appreciate the extra hours on Saturday. I stopped by twice, and the customer service was excellent on both occasions. The first time, I was clearly stressed and in a hurry, and the person at the desk anticipated a future need of mine and quickly showed me a convenient way to get the process started ahead of time, meeting three needs at once!

This post office is garbage. They are responsible for releasing keys to my apartment complex's mailboxes for tenants. Came in and showed my proof of my new address, was told to come back in 10 days. Came back, still no keys. Waited almost a month to get my keys. I had changed my address on the same day we ordered our keys.. Finally get my keys, go to the mailbox after a week (so like a month after changing my address) to find no address change confirmation slip. Now, when I go to DMV to change my out of state license to a Virginia one, I'm going to get in trouble, because the post office has taken so long to get us our keys, couldn't find my mail when they were holding it, and then didn't process my change of address. They are extremely slow and unorganized in this office. It's 10000% worth it to drive to the J Clyde office instead if you can.

Our letters and packages come from this location, this is the third time I’ve been having trouble with this location. Once my package Got Marked as undeliverable and spoke to the manager he said it’s probably lost I was upset considering it was a gift for someone now on to my letters and packages. Once a neighbor that I don’t wish to interact to the nature of their personality and behavior toward us luckily bought my letter I wasn’t happy because USPS put our letter inside their apartment instead of ours. Our Apartment # is 19 they went to put the package at 20. These people could have open our letter and once again they went to put a package that I always order at # 22 instead of mine #19 it’s like they getting paid to deliver packages to other people houses only and not us. Please tell you all workers to please read carefully and pay attention before one day we lost an expensive we can’t never find. !!!
