Getting my packages delivered to my house is a problem. I have never had to go get simple items like shoes and pet supplies from the office. The delivery person was stealing packages last summer and now I get the delivered notification and still no package. It took them two weeks to deliver my pet supplies to my door. When did they stop bring packages to your door? There are some ppl with no transportation hint the online ordering.

I had wait 2 months for the keys when receive the keys no give me box location when ask for location o number because the number in the boxes is different. The man say give you number i call you and never call this is frustrating.

Should be 0 stars whole place is a joke lazy workers don't deliver mail to door post office says open go there and its closed leaves notices in mailbox instead of attempting to knock on your door for signature then online option to redeliver sends you to error website let ups take over the incompetent usps constant missing packages never happens with other delivery services time to shut it down

I got my regular mail 07/23/24 just fine.
As of yesterday 07/24/24 I have not even been able to turn my key on my mailbox. I was expecting a small package, so I’m assuming that was stuffed in there and is most likely damaged. Unfortunately, my rent office is unable to help as they have no access to the mailboxes because the post office provides renters our mailbox keys.
My rent office advised me to call them to have a mail carrier come to get the package out from their side when they are normally scheduled to arrive to deliver. While trying to get in contact with them for an hour, I basically receive the ring line and then a dead dial tone like the call is just ringing and getting declined.

Package delivered today; Sunday. Looks like it was used for a Soccer Game. Contents were intact but there is no excuse for it.

Mail carriers don't come by my house every day. They don't check for outgoing letters. If they hear my dogs bark inside the house with the door closed, they just mark animal interference and don't deliver anything. I have complained to USPS about this multiple times and my complaints go unheard.

My mail, that is delivered from this post office is the worst!!! To be perfectly honest, some residents near me get their mail at decent times of the day. However, the residents and me, that are along our mail route almost never get our mail during the day light hours. We very seldom the mail on time; and sometimes don’t even get it on the day we should actually receive it.

I swear the United States postal service gets worse and worse every year. I ordered a simple sheet of stamps for the rest of my Christmas cards on Thanksgiving day. They took payment for them and I got my 3rd notice today saying they were shipped but there is a delay in delivery. Then they wonder why people don't use them anymore
