This USPS was very helpful in regards to my shipping of packages. The workers answered any questions I had and were quick to help me save money on postage. The lobby is also well stocked with shipping supplies and any labels you may need.

This post office has great customer service , friendly,informative , clean fully stocked & never a line. Compared to other offices (wait time is 15 minutes or more ) not so friendly customer service & never find what you’re looking for!The world doesn’t owe you anything for those entitled people (postal employees have lives too (children, doctor’s appointments) just like YOU !

If you can actually get service there, they are nice enough I suppose. The problem is one of access. Their posted hours are constantly not adhered to, with apparently no consequences. You can do better, USPS employees.

I never ever give bad reviews ,I have a patience !but this was outrageous. This post office used to have a lady working there (at least before Christmas)she was great and was very accommodating... she would be tired as she was there by herself but she was doing her very best . Today I stopped there to just drop the prepaid package . It had new time informing it would close at 1530(330 pm) .I was there at 328 pm ,it was already closed. I knocked and politely asked to just accept my package.tgere was still a person knside ---no answer . This is unexpetable. People go to the post office to take care of their shipping needs and to be closed earlier then scheduled it is stealing!!!!!!!! Please ,take care of that situation as soon as possible . I will find the way to make that incident known to people at fort Eustis. Soldiers need ,must have great service.

Horrible customer service. The new lady is very rude and doesn’t actually let you ask a question without cutting you off and getting an attitude. I had a QR code for a prepaid label and it wasn’t working so I was trying to ask if I would print the shipping label myself, if it would work and she kept cutting me off saying it wouldn’t work and I needed to call the business to have them send another one. Needless to say, the shipping label worked it.

Something here is broken as well, only one person to meet the needs of an entire military installation with packaging, the process was slow with 7 people waiting in line around 1500. Clerk was helpful but need more than one Clerk when customers are waiting 7 deep.

Awful customer service rep! I arrived. I waited for a customer to get his 4 packages and Money Order then… another customer mailed and packaged an over night mail. She asked me when I came in because she closed at 1:30pm for lunch. I looked at that moment, and it was 1:32pm. I said I was in here before 1:30pm, even though I can’t prove it. I know I’ve been here longer! I told her that it’s not my fault for having those previous customer. I continued to keep telling me that she hasn’t eaten her lunch…. I told her I haven’t eaten a meal since last night! After that, I didn’t trust that she’ll do her job! I got upset and just left! She needs retraining on customer service. Especially, I just came after community service volunteering 6 hours and she could of given her customer 2 minutes! Ugh! I can’t believe she’s on military base post office!

have called a total of 5x & no answer. USPS said the package arrived yesterday & when my boyfriend went to pick it up they said they didnt have it & were very rude about it!

Looks like some of the workers can't read addresses and left package at the wrong houses. So, you lose your package and your money. Incredible.

Workers can’t do simple things like deliver packages that are slightly heavy, even if they have been delivered multiple times before. They leave no notice of missed delivery attempts, and keep delivering mail addressed for previous tenants despite MULTIPLE requests that they don’t.

Multiple packages say out for delivery, I been home literally all day and it’s yet to arrive and now they are closed. 🤦♂️ no one picks up when you call. Don’t use this place.
Edit: They finally showed up while I was gone at the 1830. Changed my rating from 1* to 3*.
