This postal service is the worst places to make appointment for service because they always cancel. postal employees customer services is not they best in the area, i have being to other postal services they customer is better than the postal service at 685 Turn Turnberry Blvd.

BEWARE! I have informed delivery so it tells you ever piece of mall you have coming to your mailbox and it also includes a picture they email you everyday! They lied and said my mailbox was broken that’s why they’re holding my mail. They lied and said they delivered my package no packages was delivered and I was outside when the truck came around the mail carrier didn’t even get out the truck and deliver a package what they did was just make it seem like they did by making sure their gps showed they was here but they NEVER delivered my package I guess cause I cussed them out for lying and not delivering packages like they said beware that your mail carrier may be stealing your mail/packages I first hand saw from my window that they didn’t even get out the truck! I will get the police involved if this continues!

Let me start by saying I'm frustrated because my postal carrier said that they tried to deliver a package that needed to be signed for on a day that I was home and they did not try and deliver it only to leave a message that I needed to try and schedule a redelivery. But of course with my work schedule that's not going to work. Tried to go here to figure out how to pick it up at the post office and they're closed. Just not very helpful

"Self service" kiosk is a JOKE, always "down for improvements". It is out of order more than it's working. But let's keep raising the prices of doing everything ourselves but literally have to wait weeks to help myself get postage. Makes no sense. If it's not the kiosk the box that accepts packages is "out of order". Neither item works at the same time. Ridiculous

I’ve been trying to get my passport for the last few weeks from there and every time I go there’s something new needed like they aren’t taking photos and I booked for passport with photos. Also my appointment was at 12:45 me and another guy was there waiting and he started knocking on the door before the clerk says she gone to break and not expected to be back until after 1:15 no me and him are looking like how is she gone to lunch break in the middle of appointments. Then when I come back she says she can’t do it and I had to rebook. I was so upset. I will never go back there if I don’t have to. She had the worst attitude and said “I’m just the clerk”. You can tell she doesn’t like her job. The worst post office I’ve ever been in!!!

Terrible. No accountability. Said delivered my packages so i took off work 3 hoirs later to go get them n start a project. Nothing there n my cameras show Nothing was delivered. I go in there n the guy gets my tracking number. Calls around and goes in the back then finally comes out and says that it may be delivered to the wrong block. My last order had 3 items missing. My street is a straight line short street. Then j return to the post office because the manager didn't get back to me only to have another person tell me that the mail carrier will not answer the phone.. Send things to a friend in a different zip code. Do not depend on this post office for packages. My stuff comes from China all the way here n somebody can't get the right door on a simple street of houses. Do not trust this place. Other mail men from other zipcodes will tell you they are horrible

The supervisor is no help at this location. I have complained numerous times that a certain mail carrier refuses to deliver my package and nothing has been done about it. I even contacted the postmaster general and nothing has been done.

Arrived at the Post Office at 4:20pm and the lady behind the. Counter (white lady with glasses) took forever with one customer not realizing the lobby had filled up with people. When she looked up and noticed it was 4:30 she said to everyone who had been standing there that we’d have to come back tomorrow and they were closed. If that wasn’t enough, she also had a very condescending attitude with everyone acting as if we should have known. At the very least, she needs more training. In the meantime, I’ll avoid this post office - just to avoid her.
