They do their best to try to get you your packages If lost or not delivered I really appreciate having a customer care center like this in a local area

genuinely couldn’t have had a worse experience. Wasn’t home to sign for my package, I go into change delivery online to hold at a location, i get a call from said location to come at 8pm, I show up and get a guy yelling at me and a lady telling me she can’t give me it and they’ll try to deliver it again tomorrow after I already changed my delivery preferences on the app to a hold. And i’m still here without my package.

I was sent a pkg (from a family member) that required a signature. I was at work all day and did not receive a "sorry we missed you" notice. After 4 days, my family member called me to see if I had received the pkg. I had no idea that it was coming or that an attempt was made. I still haven't received my pkg, and now I have to hunt it down.

I UPS packages very seldom. But when I went in there were 2 people in front of me but everything moved smoothly and quickly.

After receiving scores of deliveries from UPS. I was denied a delivery of two tires because the driver "could not find my address." The customer center was good.

Would give zero stars. Paid to have package re-routed to local ups store.But as usual, UPS failed again and attempted to deliver package to original address. Then of course, tried to call, but got their useless automated system. After ten minutes, got through to live person, but of no help either. Plus could not hear them very well.Will never us UPS, again.USE FEDEX FIRST

Why have an option to change location when it doesn’t work because its says the location is closed when its not. Then it takes hours to try to get it fixed and by then its to late. Worst services ever. USPS hands down the best option for any shipping and receiving.

I highly recommend NOT !! Going to this location I don’t get off until 7 PM so I get there about 745 and it’s close the next time I go I get there by 7:50 and they’re close. The guy always says the machines are down but I think he does that on purpose because he doesn’t wanna work anymore there was even two other people coming as I was getting in my car and he turn the lights off so unprofessional an what a inconvenience to your customers…

When I went to pick up a package today because it said it had arrived and it gave me an option to pick up my package I went to the ups facility in hopes of picking it up but I was very quickly met by a very rude women working the customer support and was very unhelpful and didn’t even try to help me and rude and didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Angela at the City Center location today. Her attitude was extremely poor and tone was condescending when I was just trying to receive assistance with two returns I had. She continuously interrupted me telling me she couldn’t scan the label and print from my phone (although I’ve come to this location and done this several times before) because “this is a very secure location and we don’t scan anything from email… I’ve been working here 4 years and we’ve never done that”. She Angela considers told me I needed to go to the regular ups store. Did she tell me where the closest location was? Nope.Now I’m sure she was probably correct about whatever she said regarding printing the label, but I couldn’t get past the awful attitude and lack of customer service and information.This encounter was extremely disheartening, especially since all of my previous experiences with other employees at this location have been great. Really hope Angela considers another job, because customer service is definitely not a fit lol.

I don’t know what drivers you hire, but I’ve had quite a few packages be late because the delivery driver failed to knock on my door or even leave a notice saying they have attempted to deliver. Let alone learn to read apartment numbers that are clearly on doors and on the buildings. And ups leaves no option to retrieve packages over the weekend for a package that is NEEDED.Thanks UPS, you are terrible.

Agree with previous reviews that if possible I would leave less than one star. Totally rude, grumpy, and seemingly lazy employees at front counter.

Did two separate orders for champagne glasses from Macy's. Boxes arrived, glasses broken in each box. Returned and reordered replacements for broken items. Box delivered today with 5 out of the 8 glasses inside broken AGAIN.
