I needed to send a large (67 lb) machine back to the manufacturer for repairs. I had no box, and no idea how to do this. The folks at the UPS store were so helpful, patient, and kind. They took care of everything! I could not have asked for more. Thank you all!

Every time I've used this location the staff have always been really helpful and knowledgeable.

It is a busy location, however the wait time is fair and most importantly, customer service is excellent! They are patient, efficient and knowledgeable!
