“One improvement needed- - Would be helpful if they paved the access road. It's in really rough shape.
Excellent facility with easy access to nearby roads. With online access, there's minimal contact with customer service representatives but when you need to talk to someone, they're available during normal business hours.
Access codes and gates allow for quick access during longer hours than the office and gates provide security. Highly recommend.”

I received a friendly reminder call a few hours before my reservation, kind greetings upon arrival, and superquick check-in.
I reserved a small vehicle.
To my surprise, I was given a larger vehicle.
Ford Edge. It was perfectly sized for me, super clean, full and fantastic on gas, and easy to manage.
Customer service was 5 Star !!
The guys were so respectable, efficient, and professional.
I highly recommended Enterprise at 618 J Clyde to anyone in need of a vehicle while visiting the area.

I decided to go with penske as the reviews and prices were much better.The guy who helped me, I wish I could remember his name, was super professional, kind and he answered every question I had.My truck was extremely clean and ran great. I utilized after hours drop off and it was quick and easy.It made my move a lot less stressful and I will absolutely recommend this location to everyone!”
