It wasn’t even 30 mins the truck driver was at my location. Next day, I used them again and called the lady caller was such a sweetheart fast pick up again and both times was cheap. “My car was involved in an accident no fault of mines. Apparently, I can drive and follow simple instructions but other people cannot. My car was sent to Classic Collision on J Clyde Morris. The staff were very warming, inviting and professional. At no point did my make me feel like I was sitting at the doctor’s office on pins and needles because I’m scared of the unknown. (In which I hate going to the doctor’s office). They walked me through entire process step by step. They even took the extra time to explain the entire process to me. They handled everything with insurance company and I did not have to worry about anything. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very easy to talk at some points she made me feel like I was never involved in accident. I am so grateful that companies like this still exist. I would say I look forward to sending all of my cars to them. But, that would mean I would have to be involved in another accident. “Just bought an older used car and needed a latch for the passenger side door. I don't usually have passengers so could have not bothered. Considering a new replacement part was going to be $200. I was happy to find Pete's not only did they have the part and at a 1/3 the price. I got to go with the yard worker to retrieve it. And saw they have 8 other of my make/ model car so I know if I need other parts they're likely to have them. And again save me $$.”
