Mike is the best! He is very honest. I bought my tires and he replaced them with a better tire and didn’t charge me any extra. I tried to pay him and he wouldn’t accept my money. Auto Haus thought it was my tires Mike and his employee thought it was bearings. Mike was right. I had to get my car towed. They are better at diagnostics than Auto Haus.

Amazing Service and Personal Customer Service — reached out to have my truck lifted and new tires installed. Brought my own parts and it was not a hassle like other shops. Loved that the staff took the time to talk through options and kept me informed through the process. Great pricing, great service from a generational business. No place better in the area. Five stars aren’t enough!!

Long day in Williamsburg conference. Had a flat brought it in after 5:15 they were able repair and had me on the road. I had planned to get an Uber and pick up next day. They took care of me asap! Great prices on tires as well.

I get all of my work done at Tire City. Mike and his team are the most reliable group of people of any shop I've been to. They always get me in and out quickly. I'd give more stars if I could. SEND EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO TIRE CITY!!!!!! They are an authorized Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, Cooper, Hankook, and Nexen Tire dealer too. One of the few shops in the area to carry that kind of tire selection.

I called needing 4 new tires for my 4Runner, they got them in the following day and once I got up there they got them mounted and balanced in under an hour while I waited! The price was less than the majority of the quotes I got!

They are the worst when I come to state inspections. I was told there was one vehicle in front of me and I waited three hours before my vehicle was taken in the back. I had to get tires and go back for reinspection, so the first time I went back they said they were to busy so I went back again and was told it would be one hour and two hours later they took five minutes to reinspect. The wait time is ridiculous
