I don’t know if it’s the way we look, maybe the other people looks like they had more money. But this guy didn’t even say hello to us. Your sales person didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in the room, just continues talking to the couple in front of him, not even offering to come speak to us in a moment, when he’s done. We have the money, maybe we didn’t look like it, but this money just walked out of there because of your sales person. White guy bald head.

Went there today with a budget. OMF was able to match it and get the mattress I wanted to the store within a week. They were very informative with the product they were selling and were able to point us exactly to the right mattress! Definitely recommend, this is the only place to get a new mattress in Newport News.

I told the salesman what type of mattress I was looking for and was pointed towards a selection. I was able to make my selection without any pressure. My salesman was very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all of my questions. I love my new mattress. I haven't slept this good in years
