Yo everybody stop strolling and check this out!!!!! I stopped by the Love Shack on J. Clyde Morris Blvd today and I had a ball well, I bought several balls lol but I had the most wonderful experience with Raine and Kelsey. They were so knowledgeable and helpful, and they r so easy to talk to polite, professional ,and kind so if u love toys y'all stop by patronize and say hi tell them Pringles sent u and that I send my regards.

Easy to get to, reasonable prices and a fair selection of products. It's a small shop, but it's clean, well-lit, and as a single woman, I felt safe there. The best part was how helpful the staff was. I really appreciated that. I just wish it was a little larger so more products could be available.

The staff is very helpful when you have any questions and knowledgeable about the products. They're not afraid to share their personal opinions about the products which is helpful. They're more reasonably priced than their competitors

Staff needs to learn how to be vigilant without making people feel uncomfortable. Watching people directly, body language can definitely turn off customers. I had planned to buy a few gifts but instead felt like I was being watched like a hawk. As a business owner, I teach my employees how to observe without making a customer feel disrespected. Never coming back.

Horrendous terrible attitude from cashier who stated she worked there for 13 years. I was never assisted with help. I politely asked a question and was still met with an nasty attitude. They charged my card twice. SCAM LIKELY. They will double charge your credit card. Disregard this store.

Went to go shopping for stuff for my husband and I. After hearing decent things about the love shack, I drove out there (which was very out of the way), to find that while the internet hours and the hours posted in the window say open, there was a hand written note in the window that said "Be Back @ 1100"... I showed up at 1130. Sat for 15 min, and still the door stayed locked. What a waste of time.

Usually I go to spencers but because it was closer I went to this location the lady at the front counter was very unwelcoming I felt like I was being watched the entire timeAnd even though I had questions about some of the items I did not ask because she looked so bothered ... never again
