It was amazing!!! Arianna was so help. She helped my fiance first and we got him new shoes, house shoes and inserts, so hopefully his busy work days won't have him coming home in so much pain. After she was done with him she took my measurements and I got the inserts and plan to go back for the sneakers and house shoes next week. They were all so friendly and gave my kids colors and paper to entertain themselves and fawned all over my baby while she explored where we could see her. This was the best experience ever!!!

The fitting was very quick and I'm not real sure that the insoles are terribly custom. And they're very pricey for a set of three, with a starting price of around $1,800. However, I have worn them before many years ago with good results, so I bought them again. Be careful though, because when I got home I discovered that one pair of insoles they gave me were used. They were dirty with someone else's toe prints. The store made it right with a brand new pair, of course, but just be careful and check all your products before you leave the store.

When your feet hurt for years, you are desperate for relief. Over the years, been to doctors and did injections, didn't work. Tried The Good Feet Store: I wore inserts exactly as directed for 2 months. No change of symptoms and No relief. Gave up. I ended up going back to foot doc (again) and did multiple injections, (no relief) later ended up opting for surgery. For me, this product was a huge waste of money. Happy for the customers that it worked for...but unhappy that I wasted SO MUCH money! It did nothing for me. Surgery gave me relief

My mother-in-law and I had a fantastic experience at the store on Monday. We were there for almost 2 hours and tried on countless styles. Our assistant was Arianna, who was amazing! Very knowledgeable, very patient. She really listened and took a lot of time with us. If a shoe fit wasn’t exactly right, she kept offering different styles and fits until we both found what we needed. 10/10 highly recommend.

It's funny.I don't see anybody talking about the entry price that is 1500 dollars for one pair.. This store is not for middle class people .That's half of my whole weeks check most people don't make what am so very blessed to in week .So they want two or three weeks of income by the way you don't no if they work until you pay also there's no refund if they don't you lost all that money and you still need a Shoe to put it in SMH sad. Shame on them I really wanted to leave no stars

5 stars 3 years ago when I originally bought the inserts. (It is worth the money!) I was starting to have some pain in my foot again and thought that I needed new cushions. Went in to buy a new cushion and it turns out I needed to replace the insert. FOR FREE! NEW PAIR FOR FREE! 5 Stars all over again!
