Everything about COLONY/ERIE is superb! Adjuster M.Caito is so gracious and friendly, he answered all questions and replied to emails regarding my concerns.I use Colony/Erie for all my insurance purposes and it's been over 8years of service with them!!! Keep up the great work??

I have had all my property and casualty insurance with The Colony Group for more than 12 years now. While I'm grateful to say that I've not had the need to file any serious claims, I've always received friendly and competent customer service, as my family's needs have grown and changed. It's great to have a "hometown" agency that represents a great selection of national providers. Highly recommended.

When shopping around for flood insurance, Colony Group took the time to educate me, not just sell me a policy. When I was shopping around for homeowners coverage, again, Colony Group sent a rep out fast to take a look at my property and performed as promised. I like knowing my agent is local andeasy to reach.

I have had a life insurance plan for 5 years with Erie Life Insurance, apparently Colony Group represents them. I called to schedule blood work and vitals to discuss some options. Never did anyone get back to me to schedule or return any of my calls. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking something happened, perhaps there was an emergency, life happens. I understand. But after 6 phone calls over 3 weeks and no return, this is by far, hands down, the most unresponsive customer service experience I have had in a long time. Even after leaving a message with the front desk and explaining what happened, they assured me this is not like them and they would reach out to my representative Michelle on her personal cell phone to explain. Thanks Colony Group, absolutely unbelievable.

I have all my personal and business policies with Colony. They search out the best rates and coveage. My workers comp is kept low. My house is covered in such a way that if it is destoyed it will be replaced with the same construction methods and materials. And when you call you get a human!! Now that has value!!
