I had a great experience at Tech Solutions. They fixed my phone quickly and did a fantastic job. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. My phone works perfectly now, and the price was fair. I highly recommend them for phone repairs.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE.
I shattered my iphone 15 and brought it in here, they reassured me it was a genuine apple part and told me I’d be covered with a one year warranty.
One month later, my screen started glitching randomly to the point where I’d have to restart my phone. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it might be an Apple issue instead of the screen.
I dropped my phone into a puddle, pulled it out one second later, and the screen had orange lines on it and shut off completely a second later. My phone was still working because I was still getting notifications.
I bring it back to Tech Solutions, thinking I have a one year warranty. He says to me that since it’s a third party screen (even though they told me it was an Apple screen) that it’s not covered because of water damage. (The screen was not sealed properly, and their sign says they fix water damage) after a little bit of back and forth, he says he will replace the screen, and if it works he will charge me $200 again, but if not, he won’t charge me. Ok great.
He fixes my screen, and not even 3 minutes later my screen starts glitching heavily, not letting me scroll or type. I bring it back in to inform him and he says since the screen turned on it’s not his issue.

I recently thought I had broken my iphone screen, but the tech examined it and found it was the screen protector. He fixed it, with a new one. saved me money after an hours drive and got me some more devices to make it "hands free" as is required by Virginia law.
Great job, quick, and very helpful.

Brought my phone in cause it wouldn't charge. They fixed it and 3 weeks later my screen went dead. took it to someone else because Tec solutions wanted to charge me $45 to diagnose it. The shop in Williamsburg said there was nothing wrong with my phone. That the last person to work on it left several screws loose and the wire for the screen had come undone. He said it practically feel apart when he opened it. 10 minutes late I had a working phone. Please be careful I feel like I had been Tricked. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN

Went in to repair my Apple Watch screen with Jahid and he made sure he took care of everything I needed. It was a one stop shop for all my cellular accessories. Sadly my watch had more damage than I expected so instead of scamming me by selling me a temporary fixed screen (5-10 min screen time exactly) he informed me and I upgraded, bought a new watch. Thank you my friend
