This target is terrible why did I have to call a literal total of 16 times together with every department when I'm trying to reach electronics and then go to the store called inside and some phones would ring and others wouldn't I ask an associate are all your phones turned on he tells me they should be as we are standing next to one he does not know that I'm actively calling it he looks at It and does not pick it up as I'm walking away,While no one in the store was busy at all quiet literally just walking around.

1. Is there any way you can get your parking lot cleaning crew to not use a gas powered leaf blower at 3am? Some people have to work in the morning.
2. Some items are higher quality than Walmart but not many. I've bought some pretty bogus things from here. But the atmosphere is definitely better. Only thing I don't understand is why in the world they would put sticker bushes in the parking lot islands. So we can hurt ourselves getting in and out of our cars? I know you know those are sticker bushes.

The 3 stars are for the excellence of the regular employees. Especially the drive up they deserve 5 stars! The women who seem to be in supervisory positions are snarky and stank almost every time I come across them. One day I came in to pick up my drive up because I wanted to buy a few more things. The line quickly built up behind me so the cashier kindly asked me to step to the side after they called for help. This would have been fine if the help didn’t come up after about 15 mins and look me up and down without saying a word before helping everyone in the line who came in after me. Not one single acknowledgement for the wait or whatever. The time before that I came in looking for a tv and another woman in a clearly supervisory position walked right by me knowing full well I was waiting to be helped because I was right there behind her and another customer speaking and she side eyes a few times. I know she knew what she was doing because after she walked by me I called another associate for help they called her and she came out immediately apologizing. I saw one of the 2 of them today snarking it up with another customer. I really want to remind them they are at Target in NEWPORT NEWS. Nowhere near somewhere like a Tysons Corner location or even a Macy’s down the street where they’re dressed and selling quality to fit a certain attitude, working hard and still manage to be pleasant to everyone shopping. It’s Target and there is absolutely no reason not to be humble. Especially when the associates below your pay grade find a way to do so daily.

Usually go to target for my produce cause it’s usually always fresh & stays fresh after purchase. I got a target pick up containing strawberries in my order, when I got home taking everything out I checked them just see that there was fungus fuzzy mold on them.

This review is strictly based on the AT&T employees they are not associated with target but are harassing customers here to shop at target. A customer asked about an Amazon fire stick (assuming they were employed by target) and the AT&T workers said “I am not sure but what phone carrier do you have?” She told them she wasn’t interested and they continued following her down aisles being extremely high pressure to sell her something she was clearly not interested in.
Target needs to take immediate action to get these annoying people away from their customers before the customers go elsewhere to shop. I counted 10 people in 20 minutes they harassed who clearly were not interested.

Please give Mason doing drive ups a raise. He was by himself for a good 15 mins and running to each car. Love the hustle!!! Great employee!!!
