Worst customer service I've seen! The only person that was nice and wanted my business was the gun smith himself. He's a great guy and knows his stuff. The people in the front room however are just plain rude. Im watching customers get made fun while on video call with my wife. I'm in disbelief that this is happening and the customer is still there. They're just laughing at him while the poor guy is trying to get help with his Rife and ends up leaving because of how they were acting. You dont treat people like that. It blows my mind. Additionally, they disrespected my wife as well when she asked them a question regarding signing paperwork. Instead of being helpful they laugh at her making her feel disrespected and upset. They obviously don't like their job or want to be there. I don't tolerate being disrespectful, not to myself and certainly not to my wife. You crossed both lines! I will no longer go there anymore and do not recommend them period!

Very helpful staff, great prices and all around a good gun shop. I would highly recommend it for anyone new to the gun world or looking for an upgrade.

The staff is always friendly and eager to help in any way they can. I came in on a busy Saturday to have an upper built. I figured there was no way it would be completed the same day. The owner himself greeted me, and took care of helping me complete my build within an hour. Very impressed with the level of commitment they have for their customers.

not sure of any names but went into the store to pickup a purchase that was delivered there, guy with dreds was very rude, my id was expired but i had a paper copy instead of him explaining thats not something they could do he was being combative as if i knew it couldnt be done, it was a simple explination instead he was being very sarcastic & down speaking me like as if i was a child! Other guy at the counter (again not sure of names) but he had glasses and a little older he was very patient with me and much nicer then buddy. Its not what you say to people its HOW you say it!

Shopped here on and off for years, and I'm satisfied with everything I bought from them! They have a great selection of products to look at, some of which may be a little too pricy and others that are priced very well! The staff was friendly everytime I visited, except there was one time one of the employees was stating something (kind of aggressively) that was not correct when it came to a (state) gun law that was not applicable to Virginia, but was in California, but claiming that it was applicable to Virginia. When in doubt on gun laws, please consort with a lawyer who specializes in gun laws before spreading info that may not be correct and can cause issues.
I highly recommend coming here and checking out their products!

These are the nicest and coolest guys and the things they have in store are an AR15 builders dream. They have the silencerco kiosk and a great selection and I will be going to them soon to get my cans.

Removed gas block and installed new one & hand guard in about 15min. Staff was really knowledgeable and prices were better than expected

obvious lies, bait and switch sales tactics and overall incompetence.
long story short: I purchases a suppressor that I was explicitly told was in stock at the store only to find out 2 weeks later that they had instead ordered one that was on back order from their distributor. When I requested a refund i was told that i would have to pay a 30% restocking fee for an item that didn't exist to the tune of $240. After I explained the situation I was told there was nothing they could do. 2 weeks later I came into the store asked for that return policy in writing and was offered a different more expensive suppressor on the condition that I paid the difference. I took that offer rather than waiting an incalculable amount of time just to start paperwork for the previous can I was sold. After my form 4 came back they refused to release my can for 2.5 days untill i printed the tax stamp ( that the ATF emailed them at the same time they emailed me) and brought it in to the store.
other than that prices are on the high side, and the staff in store is very friendly... but then so are used car salesmen.
