If I could give them 0 stars I would. Unprofessional stuff. Not helpful at all. I have been to this store twice trying to exchange kids watch just to be turned down twice. When asked on how to file warranty claim 0 help and attitude from the stuff. How do you stay in business?

I’ve always had the best experience from every T-Mobile everywhere I’ve lived for about 6 years and even this store from a gentleman named Juan I believe his name is, but whoever was working this date, a shift at around 4, gave me the most uptight, snarky, sarcastic responses with unprofessional tone to all of my unbelievably simple questions. Whatever problems this gentleman has, needs to be kept to himself and learn professionalism from the book. Put him back in training.

I went to this branch and requested for a hotspot to purchase because i was going overseas to live for a few years... (granted, i dont know how these work coz im really not tech savy) so after purchasing the item he told me all i need to do is charge the device and it will be good to go and ready use... so i believed him! Fast forward to a few weeks later, I am now living overseas and my HOTSPOT IS NOT WORKING!!!!!! Because the man who assisted me conveniently FORGOT to give me the sim card that is required to operate this device I now use this JEXtream 5G mobile hotspot as a paperweight because there is no other use for it Lesson: Always check your product before leaving the store.. because you'll end up like me... no wifi connection during the holidays overseas. Epic fail!

I couldn’t describe the experience I’ve had with Dave and Destiny in words. They are super awesome! Did a wonderful job at helping me find a plan that suited my needs whilst also providing great customer service!!! Please don’t hesitate to stop by and check them out, you won’t regret it!

I wish I had remembered the man's name. (black man with longer dreadlocks)He was the best. I went to the store, and he was the only employee there. The store was very busy. He seemed to handle everything and everyone with a professional positive attitude, and no one felt like they were waiting or that He was overwhelmed. I've never had a positive experience with any other t mobile employee. Great job

Super cool staff! Had Jason help me and my girl upgrade her phone and made the process easy to understand and was helpful with every step, definitely will come back to this store

Be sure to reread everything several times before you sign stuff. They will draw you in with a "free phone upgrade" and then charge you for the upgrade difference as they rush through the signature sections. I thought it was incredibly sleazy when I went back through everything, and the supervisor seems to be in on it, too.

Nobody in this store seems to have a clue as to what they are doing. The business representative Ronnie Ligart is also horrible so don’t do any business with him. Reported an issue multiple times and the manager Ronald wasn’t helpful. Staff at times were also rude. Only one guy seemed like he cared and his name is Riterio. Do everything in store don’t do anything over the phone as it’s a big mess. Go to a different t mobile store. Had to call t mobile customer service 4 times to get issue resolved and finally was able to get lucky and found someone who knew how to do their job.

This place is not a T-Mobile store. They are an independent retailer. This means that when you have any issue with any part of T-Mobile's service they will say "we're a different company". I had an issue getting a phone repaired by T-mobile through Assurant, the policy this store sold me. They passed the buck, and advised me to use my spare phone (we have 4 lines) while we got it sorted out. It never got sorted through Assurant, and now Assurant says the delays are my fault when I followed the advice of this store. The store says to call Assurant. Of course, there's a different person there every time you go in, so you get zero accountability. I would advise to use a corporate store, or better yet, a different carrier entirely.

So this t-mobile and others around Hampton mention that if I was to add a line into my account i can add another one on the house but it was cap. After adding my wife and daughter I was charged for both line.
