This place is an absolute joke. They are dishonest, over promise and under deliver, and Service are a bunch of condescending idiots that don't care about quality, accuracy, or integrity. What a freaking nightmare. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. GO ELSEWHERE!

I had taken my Cadillac Escalade to another repair center that was referred by my insurance company. When I got my vehicle back, the paint job and work quality was not satisfactory. I called my insurance agent back to express my disappointment and they referred me to Suttle Collision repair center. Their staff was very friendly and willing to help me with my dilemma immediately. Tracy and John from their team went above and beyond to repair the paint job that the other company couldn't do. I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of the work and the great customer service that their team provided.

Had a fender bender. While in the shop my car was covered in overspray, headlight not plugged in fender and bumper misaligned, paint lines from where the pannel was taped off, charged for a part I supplied, over spray all over the soft top and windshields and every pannel on car. I had a front lip/spoiler painted and asked for spray outs on cards so the paint could be matched best instead they just painted the lip and slapped it on mismatched. I returned the vehicle to get these items fixed they returned the vehicle still completely covered in overspray and argued with me about whether they removed it or not. I was told the entire car would get a clay bar they barely went over one pannel with a foam pad. When I look out my windshield it looks like a rainbow hologram my soft top not in the best shape before now looks like rainbow sparkles everywhere. I brought these concerns to them as well and they acted as if they didn't cause the damage. Chris was a joy to work with but the paint manager Mike is a liar who will say he will do one thing then halfway do another. Mike was argumentative and dismissive of everything I said talking over me and acting as though I didn't know what I was talking about. Last time I take any vehicle to be worked on at suttle collision shame because they used to be the gold standard.

While the vehicle was fixed, the representative Johnny Bishop that was assigned to our case, was very unpleasant to work with. While our vehicle was in the care of Suttle, an infestation of ants somehow got in to the vehicle. Mr. Bishop offered no solution for us and consistently spoke down to us as if we were an inconvenience. I had to ask for them to handle the situation, instead of Suttle holding accountably for what happened on their lot and offering to help.Upon returning to pick up the vehicle for what they called a “courtesy” cleaning, we asked for the paperwork and Mr. Bishop stated that they did not have to handle the situation therefore there was no documentation, of what they did to the vehicle. He also stated, that they never had a problem before like this, making it clear that he was putting the blame on us even though our car was in Suttle’s possession.Our vehicle was brought in with exterior damage only, and was returned with an ant infestation.

I bought a used Toyota from them in 2015. I have taken it many times to Toyota in Hampton Virginia and been blatantly lied to 3 times about unnecessary repairs. When I go to Suttle every employee is professional and I never feel like I got dupped. They treat my old dented rusty car just like the new shiny cars they service. My state inspections are always free and they give discounted coupons. For this retired single woman trying to live off social security this is much appreciated.

It was my first time taking my car to Suttle my coolant was leaking from my Buick was told thermostat was stuck $1100 later and after having my car for 7 days 3 days after picking up my car still not holding coolant and was told now it’s the Water pump and they wanted to charge $945 I was never given a reason why after fixing the thermostat the pressure test didn’t catch the water pump leak and almost damaged my motor never again

This was my FIRST time getting a vehicle fixed anywhere and I was also devastated because it was my brand new, 2023 Kia. I thought my car would never be the same but Suttle did an amazing job on my vehicles bumper and in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services!

My insurance agency, The Hartford, removed my car from Hampton Collision Center in Hampton and transferred it to Suttle Motors in Newport News. Hampton Collision had my car for over 30 days (they originally estimated 4 to 5 days) without ever attempting to do the rear bumper replacement for my car (see my very negative review on my horrible experience with Hampton Collision Center). I live in Virginia Beach. Hampton Collision had moved my car 31 miles away from their Virginia Beach facility to their Hampton facility without my permission.The Hartford recommended Suttle Motors. My car was towed to their facility on Thursday, May 11th. Their staff kept me fully informed on what was happening with my car. The following day, Friday, they evaluated it and told me all that was needed was a rear bumper replacement and painting. They completed all the repairs by the following Thursday. The car was towed back to my home in Virginia Beach the next day. The bumper replacement and paint job for the rear were flawless. They had also detailed my car inside and out. The swirl marks that at accrued on my 2018 Hyundai Sonata over the years were nearly all gone. My wife and I said it felt and looked like a new car when we drove it.I highly recommend Suttle Motors for body repairs based upon this experience. The only reason I might not use them in the future is the distance from their shop in Newport News to my home in Virginia Beach and that dang tunnel between us! Then again I might if insurance pays for the tows because I would know that my vehicle would be fixed right and on time.

I bought a 2011 Chevy suburban from Suttle motors back in August 2022. When I first drove the vehicle off the lot I had to bring the vehicle back to the lot because it was cutting off while I was driving. So I Had to turn around and leave the vehicle at the dealership for almost a month because they Couldn't figure out what was going on. When I finally got my vehicle in September after I bought it in August they assured me everything was fixed everything was fine and the vehicle was working. As I drove my vehicle not even two weeks later the problem was back on my vehicle I took the vehicle back up to Suttle motors and was assured that my vehicle would be fixed once again this is the third time I had to take the vehicle to Suttle motors I had to speak to Mr. Miles Suttle because the service team which is the Green Team at Suttle Motors told me they was not going to do anything everything that was wrong with the truck they wanted me to come out of pocket after I only had the truck for seven months and everything that was wrong with the truck was over almost $3000 I had a warranty at that time and was told my warranty wouldn't cover anything my issue is I'm still having a problem with the truck here it is May 2023 I have reached out to Mr. Miles once again and he passed me on to the service manager the service manager told me very disrespectfully that he's not doing a thing to my truck anymore mind you I didn't cause the problems with the truck Mr. Miles did assured me he would take care of my vehicle and he put me in a rental for one day the same day I had the rental the dealership was harassing me about bringing the vehicle back because our truck was ready the same day I dropped it off now (how) my issue is that I am still having the same problem going on with that truck, they didn't give me any reports when they did service my truck and I feel like it was a lot of racism in that dealership I can point out everybody at the dealership that was very disrespectful and rude to me even though I make my payments on time I haven't had any accidents since I had the truck and I haven't caused any issues so I am very upset with this service I feel like they are discriminating against me because I am a black woman And I am looking into lawyers because I was sold a lemon and Suttle Motors does not want to do anything about it when they sold me the vehicle the first day of me driving off the lot and every day since I've had problems with it and every since then it's been a problem with this truck I have proof that I reached out to everybody that I can reach out to at the dealership everybody gave me the runaround they were rude they were disrespectful and they definitely kick me out the dealership without a care in the world I am writing this review on this dealership not because I want attention or I want to get them in trouble but I know my rights as a buyer and I know that if I came back to your dealership about the same problem over two and three times that means somebody is not doing what they supposed to do and the service Manager spoke to me very rudely and told me even if I bought the truck back up there for the same issue they won't do anything about it and I felt like that was very unprofessional know when I got the truck it already had issues before I even got a chance to fully get it on the road from the dealership. I called the owner Mr Miles and he did try to defuse my concerns but at this point nobody is willing to take this vehicle and put me in a better running vehicle. I asked that if you ever buy from suttle motors on JEFFERSON ABE in Newport News make sure you do your homework on there vehicles and look at the work that's been done to your vehicle before buying because they are RACIST AND DISCRIMINATING AS HELL!!!! IF SUTTLE WANTS TO REACH OUT TO ME THEY CAN BUT I MEANT WHAT I SAID! I work at a dealership and I know my rights when it comes to being sold a lemon fresh off the lot! I've used Suttle Motors for multiple collision repairs, and generally they do a good job on the body work. My most recent experience is the reason for my 1 star review. Upon receiving my car back from Suttle after 2 months of repairs, my check engine light came on the first time I drove it. The check engine code was flagged as severe and the car should not be driven. This had never happened in the entire vehicle history prior to this occurrence. Suttle towed the car back for evaluation. They had trouble diagnosing the problem and my service advisor claimed he had a buddy at Casey Subaru and was going to send it over to him to take a look. Things turned sour when I responded honestly to my insurance's survey on my experience. The Service Advisor returned my phone call and was very irate with me over the results of the survey with my insurance. He spent almost the entire phone call irately discussing the survey results, as opposed to the status of my vehicle, until he ultimately claimed the check engine code was not their fault, told me my car was at Subaru, and hung up on me. He never afforded me to the opportunity to discuss my other concerns with the vehicle, such as paint chipping and cosmetic damage missed during their body work and other minor details.

This place is shady. Carl from enterprise is a liar about prices. Ray never calls back nor answers the phone. Steve is rude. By far the worst service
